Description
Luxurious 5 bedroom home on 1/2 acre wooded lot. This Lake Harmony Estates location is a beautiful upscale home, furnished with an outdoor wrap around porch with a 6 person hot tub and a gas grill. House has central A/C and heat. Kitchen has all modern stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and microwave, and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, eat and drink. The king master suite features a marble steam shower, 47" flat screen tv and a balcony looking towards Big Boulder. There is a downstairs game area with pool table, professional foosball table, Pac man and Galaga 8 game Arcade, and 47" smart flat screen tv and pull out queen couch, gas fireplace, a full bathroom and 2 bunk bedrooms. The main floor has a great room with large dining and living area, also with a 47" flat screen tv and wood burning fireplace. 2 more bedrooms are on this floor with queen size beds and another full bath. The home is a 4 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort and a 6 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Area. There are boat rentals available on the lake during the summer season. The house is located less than 1 mile from the H20 indoor water park and the Galleria at Split Rock. The home is minutes from numerous summer and winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, shopping, and golf. Lake Harmony is located 90 miles from NYC & Philadelphia.
Lake Harmony is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing, power boating (If you are bringing your boat, please check with owner to get a copy of the registration form) , water skiing, and more. We are located a 5 minute walk to the lake and 12 to 15 minute walk to the beach on the lake, or a 2 minute drive. Lake Harmony has a private sandy beach with a lifeguard, a swimming platform, picnic tables and a beach volleyball court.
