Winter ski resort AND Summer lake resort condo in one! A great destination any time of the year. Discounts available for longer stays. Great for vacation, getaway, R&R; and virtual office. Watch sail boats and canoes in summer and watch skiers in the winter. Very relaxing! Amazing panoramic views.

* About two hours drive from either New York City or Philadelphia. It's a great escape and R&R; location for residents of either!

WINTER

And, of course, Winter is high with activity. See the ski runs from the living room and dining room windows. With the night skiing on Big Boulder, it looks like a small village across the lake as the ski run lights sparkle in the night. It's quite pretty. Get cozy in front of the wood burning fireplace. Ski, snowboard, snow tubing, cross-country skiing and snowmobiles in this year-around family and romantic getaway.

SUMMER

In the summer, it is beautiful and mountain location provides a very pleasant temperature. Enjoy two lake beaches, two pools, row boats, canoes, sailboats, tennis, playground and the hot tub. There's more to do at Jack Frost Ski Resort such as biking trails, all terrain vehicle trails, motocross trails and another swimming pool. Several times a year, there are concerts on the mountain (reserve well ahead!).

SPRING

Find beauty all around you in the Spring. Mountain Laurel is abundant and blooms usually mid to late May. Abundant Rhododendrons bloom about the first two weeks of June. Take a walk... relax... breathe the fresh air!! You will probably see ducks with their ducklings on the lake and deer under the lakeside windows and balcony at dusk. It's a lovely park-like environment and a photographers haven.

FALL

Fall Foliage is beautiful all around the lake. There's a tree outside the master bedroom that has yellow translucent looking leaves in the Fall sun. Amazing! Peak Fall foliage is ABOUT the 2nd week in October but it is lovely several weeks before and after peak. See the Fall colors circle the lake. Beautiful!

Additional Location Information

Exit 284 off Hwy 80; take Hwy 115 south to Hwy 903; go right (southwest) on Hwy 903 to the Big Boulder / Split Rock sign, turn right on Lake Harmony road, go left on Big Boulder Drive very shortly after you pass the Boulder View Restaurant on the left. There's a guard shack there and you will see a large Big Boulder Ski Resort sign there. The check-in sales office will be on your left. Unit H243 is in the 2nd to last Midlake building (turquoise and white on the left).
