A cute little cottage on the 17 mile long South Lake Leelanau is a perfect couple or small family getaway. This 2 bedroom and 1 bath cottage sleeps 6 with 1 Queen, 2 Twins and a sofabed. Cable/VCR/DVD and CD player. Ping pong table in the screened breezeway. Outdoors, enjoy a gas grill, firepit, rowboat, dock and mooring. On a sandy spot on the lake with beautiful sunset views. Only 10 minutes to Leland or Suttons Bay. 20 minutes to Traverse City. Close to wineries in Lake Leelanau and Suttons Bay. Just down the street from Boskydel Winery. Pet welcome. Linens included. Interesting request - Yes we just rented the above property on Lake Leelanau - about a week ago. It would be hard to review it since our stay is scheduled for later this year - butttt.
The fact that we stayed at this property last summer, and rented it again this year should be an indication that we really liked it.
We have been going to this area for the past 20+ years - it didn't seem that long but our oldest kid (#1 of 8) is now over 40 and we started when he was a teenager. Now the grand children are comming with us.
