This beautiful one bedroom condo was completely renovated and is located within the StillWaters Resort on the inactive portion of the golf course (named Legends). A large screened-in porch provides a great view of the fairway which is currently used only by hikers and wildlife.

Pros: This condo is extremely nice and the owners have thought of everything...Great location, too...marina, golf course and great local restaurants are all within a 15-20 minute drive. The condo's screened in patio is a great place to relax and offers secluded views of woods below.
Cons: This specific condo is outstanding, but the complex needs a little work. The pool and spa are functional but could use some maintenance/updating. And, there was some loud talking/yelling after midnight below us - I think someone nearby had a big party or something. Not a big deal and not worth avoiding this great bargain.
Bottom line: Beautiful, equipped condo for a great price - don't pass this one up. -

What a great place! We really enjoyed our weekend. It's quiet and cozy tucked back into Stillwaters and within walking distance of the Marina. The owners were flexible and great to deal with as were the greeters. It's everything you need for a quick weekend or an extended stay! Looking forward to returning to Stillwaters in the future!
