This large self-contained property was excellent for our extended family of 8 adults and 7 children. The 2 separate, smaller cottages provide a level of privacy and quiet when needed. This is really valuable when spending an entire week with extended family and in-laws.
The main cottage is beautifully set up and we found that the large table, large quantities of plates, glasses and cutlery and the really intelligent layout of everything made mealtimes a real pleasure.
The big fire pit was a hit with the kids and we'll make even more use of it next year.
Check-in and Check-out were very easy as was dealing with bookings and payments. Marius and his team are dedicated to making sure that everything is looked after and that you move into a clean, fully-functioning rental property.
We plan to make Breezy our regular family destination for many years to come!! -

We spent 4 nights at Breezy in September 2011 during which time we were married on the property! We were looking for a beautiful private cottage in Muskoka for our wedding of about 40 guests and the moment we visited Breezy we knew it was the perfect spot. Marius was very patient answering all our questions and very supportive of our plan to have a small wedding on site, leading all the way up to the time of our stay. We were able to stay very comfortably with all our immediate family on site (15 people) and everyone was very impressed with the amenities and the beauty of the cottages and site. We were very lucky to have beautiful weather for our outdoor Sept wedding with a catered dinner under a tent that we rented and the ceremony by the water. Some highlights of our stay:
- arriving to the ceremony by boat driven by a local boat owner
- gorgeous setting for the ceremony by the dock
- amazing catered dinner under the tent watching the sun go down over the lake
- fun campfire!!
- the "honeymoon suite" (Three Bears cottage) :)
In short, a perfect stay and a perfect wedding. We couldn't have asked for anything more! We look forward to visiting Breezy again!

We spent a week at Breezy this July to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday and had a great time. The cottages are lovely and between the three of them accomodated our group very well. The chrystal clear water of the like were always inviting and the setting was beautiful. My mom is in a power wheelchair and the handicap set up in the bathroom and main floor bedroom were ideal!
I would highly recommend Breezy!

What a great place to stay with a large group. We were 16 people, a mix of couples and singles, and everyone was accommodated.
The building is beautiful and the site even more incredible. We were there for family day weekend and there was no shortage of outdoor and indoor activities to keep us occupied.
We are planning on making a visit to Breezy a yearly tradition.

This property has three cottages, the main cottage was renovated very recently and has all the modern amenities you probably enjoy at home - including central vac, which was an enormous help on our last day. This cottage is immaculate. The fireplace is fantastic, and with wood being provided, the only work was some minor kindling duty on the first day. The kitchen / dining / living area is one big open space, so meals were a lot of fun - both preparing and the business end - even with 17 people. Plenty of sleeping room, with a finished basement that has several clever little foldout beds, perfect for a kids' slumber party. Best lake views are from Three Bears, with sliding glass doors that open right out onto a deck perched above the water, so no trees in the way! We brought an auger, but the ice wasn't quite safe enough yet; ice fishing is surely pretty sweet in this quiet little corner of the lake. The storage of kitchen items is clever, but pretty cramped and balance is meticulous, so requires some patience - they have pictures to help if you're having a hard time getting everything to fit. Overall I think this is a great place to stay in any season as long as you're willing to keep the place as you found it.

Our extended family (including toddlers and babies) stayed at the Breezy in august 2010. The cottages are beautiful, extremely well maintained, and exceptionally clean. Each cottage has a beautiful deck to sit out on. The main cottage has been totally renovated and has all the comforts of home. The Breezy property is large, private, has a long lake front, and incredible views. Lake of Bays is a beautiful lake and we had no problem docking our boat at the cottage dock. The toddlers liked the small sandy beach and you can walk out about 20-25 feet before the water is deep. This cottage was better than advertised and we would highly recommend it to any family. We will be back next year - and the years after that!

Breezy was the perfect spot for our gathering of three generations of extended family, including kids between the ages of 3 and 15. We especially enjoyed the water, the large deck and the campfire pit. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax together or separately. The cottages are extremely clean, comfortable and well organized. We have been renting cottages for over ten years, and found Breezy to be an excellent value with superb service.

We really enjoyed our stay at Breezy! There were 7 adults and 7 children (9 months old to 8 years old), and no one was disappointed. There was something for everyone - swimming, fishing, canoeing, wine tasting, marshmallow melting, napping, barbequing, tubing, etc... Thanks to the two additional cabins on the property, we all felt very comfortable without having to be too crowded. We found that our week on Lake of Bays went by like a breeze!

Nous avons passé une semaine avec la famille pour célébrer notre mariage le vendredi 13 novembre 2009.
Tout y était parfait le cadre avec les petits chalets séparés, la tranquillité au bord de l'eau, le vin autour d'un feu de joie le soir, la chaleur qui y règne principalement dans le chalet principale.
Enfin, nous ne connaissions pas cette région de l'Ontario mais cette adresse est définitivement dans notre agenda pour un prochain anniversaire de mariage.
Un grand merci a Marius pour l'accueille.

Our stay at BREEZY was a fantastic experience, and we quickly booked again for next year.It is a unique location with panoramic lake views,
spectacular sunsets and fragrant shady pines.
Despite being close to several resorts, BREEZY
provides peace and quiet and great privacy.We enjoyed fishing swimming and sunbathing.The individual cottages were great for our married children.We enjoyed the deer on our shopping trips to Dwight.We have rented cottages for many years now, and BREEZY is our favorite so far.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Breezy. Our group included 3 families and children.
The kids loved swimming off the dock and the camp fire and stars at night.
We enjoyed the beautifully appointed kitchen with all the amenities to create terrific meals.
We were able to accomodate our whole group in the dining area in the main cottage and also enjoyed many meals outside on the beautiful deck. -

We recently held a family reunion for which we rented the cottages at Breezy for a week. The lake and area are absolutely beautiful - water is clean and clear - excellent for swimming and boating! The cottages are lovely, comfortable, relaxing and private. We used the main cottage for all our meals and easily gathered 16 people to dine together. The two smaller cottages were perfect for our family with younger children to give them 'their own space'. We watched beautiful sunsets, held camp fires every night and were pleasantly surprised that there were hardly any bugs! Each and every one of us thoroughly enjoyed Breezy and hope to return again next year.

We had a great time and were impressed with the entire property. The animals are very friendly...the kids were actually feeding the chipmunks right out of their hands plus we had a family of raccoons that tried to join us at our camp fire a few times! We were amazed at the number of deer that went through the property..even right outside the door!
Also, the stars! What a site! It's amazing how beautiful they are when you're away from the lights of the city! The kids loved to lay on the dock late at night and count the shooting stars!
What a wonderful time it was to spend with our family...since we are spread out between Canada and the U.S "Breezy" allowed us to spend time all together!
