This spacious 3 bedroom cottage with a direct view of the water features a Muskoka Room (3 season room surrounded with glass) located in the Blue Water Acres Resort on Lake of Bays.

The resort is set on a very large lot with cottages quietly nestled among the trees overlooking open meadows, a large sandy beach and clear blue water (with more than 40 feet of frontage). The complex includes an activity center (including a fitness center, games room, children's play area, library and lounge), indoor pool (including a whirpool and sauna), activity lawn, 3 tennis courts, activity court, skating rink and snow tube hill and a natural forest w...ith a trails.

This professionally decorated and fully furnished cottage was constructed in spring of 2008 and features solid pine doors, hardwood floors, gas fireplace, air conditioning, heated tile floors in bathrooms, LCD flat-panel TV and custom kitchen cabinetry. The large open wood deck has a propane BBQ and wooden muskoka chairs.

Lake of Bays is located in the northeast corner of the District of Muskoka. The area offers a natural landscape of forests, rocks, lakes and wetlands.

Lake of Bays is ideal for swimming, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, waterskiing, sailing, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, golfing, alpine and nordic skiing, skating, snowmobiling, ice fishing and dog sledding.

The Saturday cottage is on a ridge with a direct and panoramic view of the water and the Sunday cottage has arguably the best view in the entire resort being at the water's edge, nestled on a hill and surrounded by trees.

The cottage is located in the Blue Water Acres Resort which is located on a large sandy beach on Lake of Bays. The location is perfect for anyone looking to spend time in Algonquin Park which is 15 minutes away.

  We loved going to Blue Water acres. The sandy beach was nice and we used the kayaks and row boats a lot so we could be out on the water. Being close to algonquin was nice too so we went on some nature walks. Having an indoor pool was cool too, nothing like swimming every day. Would go back again for sure.
