Our homes are located on the 7 Mile Marker of the Little Niangua Arm of the Lake by water and 9 Miles West of Camdenton off of Hwy 54 and State Road J by land. This is a very quiet part of the lake when you can spend the entire day swimming, fishing or skiing right off of your own private dock.

Cancellation Policy
There is a minimum $350 reservation/security/cleaning deposit required to reserve a home.
This deposit is your reservation deposit up to your arrival time, at arrival it becomes your security/cleaning deposit.
When departing the property and home must be clean!
Cancellation at anytime is an automatic loss of 50% of any and all funds already paid. The balance of which is subject to re-renting of the unit.
If you stay for your scheduled time the $350 is fully refundable, subject to condition of property and contents at departure.

We stayed in the Sunset View Log Home. This is the third time we stayed there and we love it. The view is great! We love the stone patio and the easy access to the dock. This is the 5th time we have rented from Karen and Kevin. They are great and will help with anything you need. It is our family's favorite place to vacation!

Excellent log home on Little Niangua. Has a covered dock and boat slip so we can easily come and go to ski or fish. Kevin and Karen go above and beyond to make sure your your stay is wonderful. A special thanks to them for helping with our vehicle problems this past stay. We were directed to a very competent and fair repair facility and appreciate their help. We have been staying at Poco Risco homes for 7 years and highly reccommend them.

We loved the house, and loved the location. We had plenty of room for 4 adults, two teenagers, and two infants. This house is located pretty far out of the way which is what we were looking for. Because of it's location, the water was very calm and skying/tubing/etc was great. It's also fairly quite with only a few neighbors. If you are looking for something close to restaurants and shopping on the lake however, the closest bar/restaurant is a 30-45 minute boat ride. There is a (very) small convenience store on the lake near by that sells gas as well.
Cell phone coverage is limited (had to walk down to the dock) and there is no wifi. But hey, you're on vacation. It's probably a good thing. :)Response from Kevin & Karen Fehrmann - 07/31/2012
