This is a very nice privately owned condo with plenty of amenities, great location, awesome view of the lake, and room to accommodate a family of four. Upon entry is a spacious living room with sleeper sofa and two recliners .It opens into a completely furnished kitchen, including washer/dryer. Relax in the master bedroom with KING bed and full view of the lake from three large windows. Enjoy the main channel view from the livi...ng room, bedroom, and private balcony. The condo is two flights of steps down from the parking lot, very close to the water's edge, and conveniently located to the boat docks. A great choice for a couple or family with small children looking for a nice, economical way to enjoy the Lake of the Ozarks!

Bay Point is a smaller, meticulously clean, condo complex located at the tip of Horseshoe Bend by land, and approx 10 mm by water. It has one of the most magnificant views of the lake from the well maintained heated pool. There are docks available for your use to fish, swim or dock your boat. Boat slips available for rent. Boat launch and trailer parking available. There is a pavilion with plenty of charcoal grills and picnic tables for everyone's use.The condo is located only minutes away from activities and restaurants by car or boat. Convenient office with regular hours daily for check in, check out, and to be available through out your stay. Rates based on two people. $10/night for each addl person with a maximum of 4. Cannot be all adults. Minimum age requirement. 1 or 2 night deposit required to reserve. Balance and $100 refundable security deposit due upon arrival. Cleaning fee of $50/summer, $30/off season (waived if stay 7 nights.) 3 night minimum for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends. 4 night minimum peak summer weeks. Rates subject to change. Credit cards incur a 2% surcharge.

  My wife and I stayed at the Bay Point condo here for the first time, after years staying in another one in Osage Beach. Becky and Kevin were very accommodating, particularly in view of our early-January stay that included snow. Bay Point is a small condo complex, in contrast to the "industrial-size" one we stayed at in the past, and its location off of Horseshoe Bend is perfect for all the restaurants we prefer. The harbor view is wonderful, and we look forward to seeing the sun come up from our vantage point in warm weather. The pool is right on the lake, with a great view. The condo itself is comfortable and relaxing--there's no feel of being in a sterile hotel room. We will stay here again.
