Pamper yourself at a privately owned condo at Bay Point Condominiums. Bay Point is one of the finest condominium complexes at the Lake of the Ozarks. It is a smaller, quiet condo complex with just 5 buildings and is meticulously well maintained. This condo boasts great views of the main channel from the living room, master bedroom, and private balcony. Once you stay here, you'll never want to go anywhere else!

From your first step in you will fall in l...ove with this privately owned condo! It is meticulously clean and beautifully decorated. It offers a master bedroom with a KING size bed, walk-in closet, TV, private bathroom, patio door to the balcony and a full wall of windows looking out over the lake. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds. The living room offers a beautiful new leather sofa and love seat, TV with DVD, vaulted ceilings, and patio door onto the balcony. Mealtime is relaxing at either your inside dinette, bar seating at the kitchen area, or of course the favorite being the patio set overlooking the lake on the screened in balcony. The kitchen is full equipped with everything you need to fix meals. There is a gas grill available for your use. This is a top level unit allowing a spectacular view of the main channel. It is just 18 steps up from the parking lot to entry. All the conveniences of home is yours at this "escape at the lake"! Imagine yourself enjoying watching the boats go by from your condo or from the large wrap-around deck of the heated lakeside pool. Bay Point also offers poolside rest rooms; a parkette with covered pavilion and picnic tables for group gathering; and covered well-lit boat docks for fishing. Cleaning fee waived if you stay 7 or more nights. Tax rate is 3% sales tax and 5.475% lodging tax as required by law on all rentals. Refundable security deposit returned within 7 days of departure. Minimum age requirements. Maximum cannot be all adults. One child under age 2 stays free. Credit cards incur a 2% surcharge. 1 or 2 night deposit required. Balance and security deposit due upon arrival. You are responsible for total # of nights booked. Deposit, less a service charge, refunded only if 15 days cancellation notice. 4 night minimum during peak summer weeks. Covered, padded, well-lit boat slips available at an additional charge. Convenient office for check in, check out and available through out your stay.

  My husband and I have stayed in this condo 2 years in a row...very modern and spacious. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need to make a meal as well. The walk out screened in porch is a bonus for early morning coffee! The pool at this property is very clean and has a nice set up...with "oldies" playing in the background. We've referred friends here and will be back for sure..hoping to make this a yearly tradition. The chk out time is the only negative here...it's very early being 10am. Noon or 1 pm would be more reasonable.

  Loved having the Schaefer family back again this year! Sorry, but during the peak summer weeks we have to stay with the 10:00 am check out and 3:00 check in to allow time for cleaning the condos. The cleaning ladies often have several to try to get clean in this short period of time. During the off season we are more lenient with the check in and/or check out times.
