Lake Front House, 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, LARGE deck, Covered Boat Dock included. Great place for a vacation. Sleeps 2 to 6. It has 2 king size beds and 2 twin beds. All you need to bring is your food, drinks, and clothing. Linens are included except for beach towels. And we even furnish some fishing tackle for those that would like to try their luck. Great fishing off the dock. Crappie beds have been installed.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood but still close to many lake activities. Restaurants, golf courses, shopping, groceries, and entertainment are all in close proximaty. We (the owners) live just 2 doors away so are easy to contact.

The owner lives just a couple doors away and had asked us to call when we got close. He met us at the property and showed us how to get the key and took us in to look around. He was very helpful without being obnoxious or intrusive. He was very easy to work with; I really don't know what he could have done better. We really appreciated his interest in showing our two teenage children around and helping them with fishing and cleaning the fish. They provided fishing equipment and life jackets for us to use.
The property was in good condition, comfortable and clean. We were there near the end of September and it was very quiet while we were there, but the weather was still nice. The steps down to the dock about wore us out, but we found them to be good exercise for us. I don't see how it would work for handicapped or disabled people though.

Oak Grove4th of July getaway

We had a great time at the Carlson house. They really worked with us on making it an enjoyable time. We have a teenager and we brought a couple of his friends with us and they had a blast out on the dock and on the lake. Really was a very clean and comfy home. Hope to come back again sometime.

Our family had the privilege of staying in this wonderfully comfortable home last summer. We found everything so easily! The cabinets were even labelled for us to find things easier. The entire home was spotless! We had such a great time swimming and fishing off of the dock. The owners have done a great job with keeping the fishing supplies stocked too. Everyone caught fish --even the little kids. We found ourselves located close to nearly everything by land and lots of things by water. Great place--highly recommend.
