Wonderful 3 bedroom 3 bath floor planned condo and desirable corner unit. Very close to all Lake attractions and just two steps from the parking lot to the front door! Owner prefers renting to families and older adults groups only.

What a great view of the main channel! This is one great condo. The entry area is very welcoming and sets the mood for a wonderful vacation! Just to the right of the entry is the third bedroom with two twin size beds and a full single vanity sink bath and walk in shower. Beyond the entry in the living room (queen size sofa sleeper) with a wood burning fireplace, TV and DVD player. Off to the right of the livi...ng room is the Master Suite with a king size bed & main channel views of the water. The master bath is set up with double mirrored single bowl vanity comples with shower tub. Also just off the living room is the dining area for 6 and breakfast bar for 4. Both the dining area and living room overlook the lake. And the living room and master bedroom slider and door access to the great screened in porch. The galley styled kitchen is just off the living room and is stocked with everything you need for your stay at the Lake. There is a hallway next to the kitchen and living room that accesses the 3rd bedroom (queen size bed) another hall bath with a full tub/shower and single bowl vanity. Also off the halway is the utility room with a full size washer and dryer. As you can tell this condo has everything you would need for your stay - any time of year!

What a great complex. You'll know when you drive in that you're at a very special vacation retreat. You'll certainly enjoy sitting out on the screened in porch anytime of day. Guest have access to the patio set with seating for 6 as well and a great lounge chair for kicking back and relaxing. Just on the other side of the front door is a great gas grill for your use as well. Don't forget to take in all the complex has to offer with it 2 great pools, kids playground, many park concrete tables that overlook the lake, covered picnic areas and tennis courts.

This 1500 square foot corner unit condo is packed with all the needed vacationing amenities. WIFI, gas grill, TV's in every room, and wood fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked and the appliances include a range, refrig., microwave, and dishwasher. The unit also has a washer and dryer for guest usage.

You are on the very desirable side of the lake. Very close to all the ttractions in Bagnell Dam and Osage Beach - including the Osage Beach Premium Outlet Mall. Regatta Bay is within 5 minutes of two great golf courses (The Ridge and The Cove)as well as just a quick 10 minute drive to the Lake's favorite area restaurants - the Horn Toad and Blue Heron. There are lots of things to do at the Lake. Come to the Condo and take it all in!

Homes are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only and not that of adult usage. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Please bring replacements for starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

  We stayed here in July 2012 my family lives at Lake of the Ozarks and we live in Indiana. We lost our home in the March 2012 tornado and I wanted some family time so we planned our vacation to be around my family but for us still to have our own space. I loved it, waking up in the morning a seeing the lake from our king size bed was amazing even more amazing was going to sleep with the moon light on the lake and the boats going by the view from this condo is perfect. It is very nice and everything you need is in this place. We felt very comfortable and the 2 pools where great the one down stairs on lake level was great for the kids, and when hubby and I wanted just some quiet time we went to the other pool and it was so relaxing. It was a very kid friendly place I have a 5 year old and was not worried about her breaking anything we felt at home there. Great place to stay.

  Rented this great condo with everything we needed for a mini family reunion with my husband, brother and his family and our father. Great location, nice amenities close by, very clean and cheerful. One of our favorite things was sitting on the screened enclosed deck in the mornings eating breakfast over looking the lake and ending the day the same way with a bottle of wine and the lights of the shoreline. Extremely relaxing, plenty of room for everyone!

  We loved this condo, it had everything we needed for our mini family reunion. Kitchen was well equipped and the furnishings quite comfortable, our favorite part was sitting on the screened it deck for breakfast and late nights watching the activity and the lights on the lake. Highly recommend this condo for your family.
