Sitting right on a gorgeous lake in a small town in Central Florida, this 3100 square foot home is great for a family getaway or just a quiet place to spend the winter. The 5-bedroom home is spacious and accommodating, with a hot tub and a fire pit to warm up the cool nights. There are 3.5 bathrooms, as well as a porch the length of the house facing out to the lake. The large yard is full of beautiful trees and has many places to sit and enjoy the lake. There are four bedrooms in the main house that can fit individuals or couples, and then there is a separate area with a room ideal for children that contains two bunk beds.

This house is in a quaint neighborhood in a small town. The main attraction is the lake itself, with options ranging from adventure sports to lounging on the dock. However, Lake Placid is known as the Town of Murals as well as the Caladium Capital of the World. There are basic amenities nearby such as grocery stores, pharmacies, and a few local restaurant, as well as a bowling alley. Otherwise anything else you might need (movie theater, mall, etc), is in a town about 20 minutes down the road.
