We truly enjoyed everything about the house, location and the obvious pride and attention to detail of this impressively constructed home. As this was my first Vrbo rental, I wasn't sure what to expect with regards as to how the home was supplied and stocked. Fear not...All we needed to bring was our clothes and our food. Thank You for "thinking of everything" for your guest.

My family and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend and had an amazing time. We canoed the beautiful lake and found the rope swing not far from the house (opposite shore) which the kids could not stop talking about. We also took the owner's advice to go white water rafting which was breathtakingly beautiful and the highlight of the trip for me. Nights we sat playing board games together and watching movies and we even built a campfire to make dinner and, of course, s'mores. Over all, it was an excellent vacation and I couldn't recommend it more. And the house itself is lovely and comfortable. Everything is new and clean and just makes you feel welcome immediately. Everyone is still talking about our trip and looking forward to next year.

This house is fantastic ... plenty of room ... large bedrooms and 3 Master size size baths. Great Kitchen and eating area ... very comfortable beds! Plenty of room for small children in rooms attached to the upstairs bedrooms. Of course Lake Santeetlah is beautiful as is the whole area ... we love it there! Took our whole family from 6 months old to ... well Papa D ( that's me) ...rented a pontoon boat for the week and loved every minute!

This was by far the most gorgeous vacation home we've stayed in! The house was new with custom architecture and features that made each room special. There were three master suites. My husband and I stayed in the first floor master with a private screened porch. When we weren't hiking or being on the water, we spent many hours on that porch playing board games and just hanging out, looking at the beautiful view. The setting and scenery are perfect for a mountain getaway, as the house is tucked quietly at the end of a very private cove. The water was a comfortable temperature for playing on the lake all day. The owner provides a canoe, life jackets and lake floaties, as well as board games and a ton of Dvds. He was very easy to work with and went out of his way to accommodate us. I hope to stay here again next summer!
