Private island cabin removed from the world. Very nice yet rustic, private and quiet.
All the comforts of home, electricity / water / sewer / laundry / TV (antenna VCR) / microwave. All on the calm side of the Island and only 1.4 miles to the Marina's and Grocery Store by boat. This is our personal summer home we occasionally rent.
Nice dock for you boat right in front of the camp (50 feet), ideal to water ski, go tubing or just hang out at the docks and go rafting. Nice fire pit and lighted horse-shoe pit

I-93N to Exit 23 turn right and follow into Meredith then up Rte. 25 into Center Harbor, stay on Rte. 25 for a few more miles, take a right onto Moultonborough Neck Road, drive for another 6.6 miles to Quayside Yacht Club (Trexler's Marina) where you can launch your boat and park your car.
Only 1.4 miles away from the property by boat.
