Loved the condo and location!!! So clean and well kept!!! We would however recommend mattresses in twin room and the 1st master bedroom. They were very uneven (my husband literally rolled off). Couch unfortunately was impossible to relax on for any adults. We loved the condo and would return, but probably with air mattresses. :)

The good news was that the manager did send a maintenance person to help with the problems we faced in this unit. The bad news was, the unit had so many issues, it was difficult to enjoy our stay.
Here are a few of the issues we encountered:
1) No potable water whatsoever. The water was brown and tasted like metal. We did not know we needed to bring our own water, so we were forced to drink this water for the first day, until we were able to go out and buy bottled water. We later learned that the water at this unit is filled with lead and copper due to the age of the water storage tank.
2) No working heat in several of the downstairs bedrooms. The rental company did send a few extra portable heaters after we froze through the first night. Another bedroom was too hot because we were told we had to leave the bathroom heater on at all times to prevent the toilet pipes from freezing.
3) No TV viewing for our first two nights, until the rental agent sent cables that were missing from the tv.
4) Very uncomfortable dining chairs and a small loveseat in the downstairs bathroom that had broken supports. If you sit on that loveseat, you will fall through. Beware. -

We rented this house with our two children and another family. It was set up perfectly for us. There was plenty of room for our two families, and we could've fit another family in there if we wanted. Excellent location. We will definatly stay here again!

We rent up in the area a few times a year, this location is by far the best for skiing, The layouts of the condos are great but this one was not our best. Some improvements could be better chairs in the dining room, more comforable beds, wi-fi internet, and working cable.

I spoke to people at the office re our stay.
Two downstairs bedrooms did not have built in heat which was functioning. One room's heater tripped breaker when turned on so we needed to use a portable one.
2nd downstairs bedroom thermostat was broken so needed to use another portable heater.
Livingroom heater did not appear to work either
Various lights did not work. (due to bad bulbs) Maint person brought bulbs.
Chairs in very poor/dangerous condition.
Owner should be made aware that things need to be fixed or people might not re-rent unit.
Heat was a big problem.

This condo is nice but showing its age. It could definitely use some TLC...beds, carpets, kitchen ect. To be fair my recent stays have been in Eagles Nest condo's which are much newer. Our kids were really dissapointed to find out (after we arrived) that the pool would be closed the entire time that we were there. Otherwise, we had a fantastic time!

Redwood City, CAA pleasant stay

A pleasant condo well situated for our activities. Beds and other amenities need upgrading, otherwise fine. The compound rules as stated by the rental facility differ from that of the association, which led to some minor issues. All in all a fine stay, and we will most likely return next year.
