Security deposit varies with length of stay. Weekend rentals will require a security deposit of $250. Weekly rentals will require a security deposit of $500 and monthly or longer rentals require a one month's security deposit. Also, for rentals longer than one week tenant will be responsible for utility expenses which will be deducted from security deposit unless other arrangements are made.
