We spent a month at Samui Green Valley in Jan-Feb 2013. We had a wonderful time. Alfredo and Wannika are wonderful people and we really felt part of the family. They do their best to accommodate you and make your stay a pleasant experience.

We are a large group of 14 people and had a fantastic stay here for 4 days. Surprised by the nice view and environment of this quiet and relaxable villas. The owner alfredo is very passionate, friendly and considerable. He would try his best to meet our needs. He helped us to plan our trip, rent motorbike, and made good recommendation to us. The seafood BBQ around pool was unforgettable - the seafood was so fresh and alfredo is so good at cooking. We probably made lots of noise and trouble to alfredo for so many people of us, but alfredo is always so kind. We definitely would come next time and recommend to our friends.

Nun war ich bereits zum dritten mal bei alfredo und Wannika und werde auch sicherlich ein viertes mal zurueck kommen. Hier fuehle mich einfach wie zu Hause. Die zwei sind sooo klasse und zuvorkommend. Nebenbei ist fuer mich Fredo einer der besten Koeche der welt und mitlerweile sind es fuer mich gute Freunde. Sie kuemmern sich um alles sofern man das moechte und somit ist man immer auf der sicheren Seite.
Hier kann mann die Seele baumeln lassen und hat nebenbei noch einen riessen Spass.
Die anlage ist sehr sauber und sehr komfortabel.
(TV, Kuehlschrank, super bequemes Bett, alles vorhanden ...!)
Wunderschoene Insel und noch wunderschoenere Leute.
Probieren Sie es doch einfach aus und Sie werden sehen, es wird Ihnen gefallen. -

Our group, 10 noisy adults and two small chlidren, had great expections regarding our trip to Koh Samui, especially to Koh Samui Villa and Luxury Units after reading previous positive reviews on Tripadvisor about the place and the owners.
We were not disappointed, but in fact we were amazed and rather surprised at the level of courtesy according to us by our wonderful hosts Mr. Rossi and his lovely wife Mrs. Wannika.
I say surprised, because though we all had our own rooms (very organised ; good bedding, fridge; tv etc) if was as if the whole place was to ourselves. The bar, the pools, the kitchen, pool table, were for us to enjoy.
It was like our second home and all part of one big family. The Island itself, and our stay at the villa was the cream on the cake on this special vacation. There was enjoyment for the whole group. Shopping, partying, driving and motorcycling ( rare occasion for us on any trip) were all possible there.
The highlight of the trip was when our group cooked for our hosts and friends and this moment will be treasured for a long time to come. The whole group agreed that we will be talking about our trip to Koh Samui for a long time and the only regret we have is that our stay was far too short.
The best bet now is who among us will be able to make the trip back. As far as I'm concerned it will not be a long wait for me. -

Alfredo and Wannika were very friendly, welcoming, accommodating and flexible. We had a wonderful relaxing time by the side of the fresh water pool, available day & night. Pool table was a hit with the whole family. Kids had a great time and if we ever visit Koh Samui again, we'll be sure to visit & stay...Alfredo's cooking is to die for - wonderful american breakfasts with crepes, amongst others...some good memories thank you!

We really love that place a lot. The owners are so caring and create a private family-like athmosphere. This place is a tropical paradise. Whenever we go to Koh Samui we come here. Hopefully soon again.

Our fourth stay here within one year. It became an addiction, nature, this great couple of hosts Wannika and alfredo, the marvelous food, rooms, pool, service...just outstanding !!! Why choose 4 or 5 star - hotels ???
Away from the hassle at the foot of jungle nature and beauty, and still just a hop away from Lamai beach and town.
We became friends and so will you...just come and see !!!

After a few visits now the owners and I became good friends. Alfredo and his wife Wannika are everytime very friendly and helpful.
The romms are big and fully equiped.
You are outside of the great bustle but close enough to the center of Lamai Beach.
Most I enjoy the afternoonbeer in the swimming pool and alfredo and Wannikas culinary art.
Thanks for always good time.

A lovely place, great rooms, satellite tv, nice pools etc. Situated just outside the hustle of Lamai but easy to get into the bright lights. Very quiet and peaceful and very good value.

We booked our holiday on the advise of some australian friends of ours who highly recommended the holiday apartments. Their advice turned up to be well founded.
The apartment we rented was spacious, clean and welcoming. Secluded yet not far, just a walk away, from the beach. The owners/host are a lovely couple. He is Italian/Australian. She is Thai. Both are extremely friendly, charming and helpful.
What I liked the best was the nature around the place, the seclusion that one experiences in a super relaxing atmosphere!
