The modern living area with pool and ocean views is a testimant to beachside living coupled with floor to ceiling glass windows, make it hard to distinguish where indoor begins and outdoor ends.

Baan Rim Haad was designed with space in mind - an open plan living and dining area flow seamlessley together ,making this villa perfect for entertaining and enjoying some of the best things life has to offer – relaxation and spending time with loved ones.

The dining area with seating for 4, allows for fabulous ocean views whilst dining indoors and edges on to a fully fitted, sunken western kitchen where you can prepare your own meals or enjoy our Private Chef service for a truly luxurious holiday experience.

If guests wish to dine outside and enjoy the seabreeze whislt they eat, a teak wood dining table seating 6, accessible from the indoor dining areas double glass doors is the perfect place! A large umbrella covers the table for daytime dining, alllowing for shade whilst you enjoy your meal and the surrounding views.

The master bedroom, situated at the back of this Koh Samui luxury villa, feels fresh, spacious and modern using the whites and blues to keep the tranquil feel used throughout the rest of the villa, this bedroom has suggestions of Thailand with little touches like woven baskets and rugs reminding guests of the wonders of Samui and its culture. The master bedroom also enjoys its own sleek en-suite with a rainhead shower fitted for that extra tropical luxury.

The second bedroom is well-appointed and no less stunning with a king size bed and it's own sleek and modern en-suite.

The third bedroom and its two single beds is designed with guests, friends or children in mind. In keeping with the original theme of the villa we see the continuation of the blue and white oceanic theme agan with tradtional Thai adornments completing the overall look and feel. The third bedroom again has its own simple and stylish en-suite for convenience.

Each room in Baan Rim Haad flows so effortlessly from one to the other, making guests feel truly comfortable during their stay.

Samui Beach Village is a superb location for people looking to lose themselves in the beauty of Koh Samui's gorgeous beaches and lush tropical landscape. The village - which is set right by the beachside - is a small luxury living development close to the main tourist areas of Samui.

It adjoins an unspoiled stretch of sandy beach in the relatively undeveloped south-eastern coast, and has been built amid a profusion of coconut palms and tropical landscaped gardens. Two neighbouring islands - Koh Tan and Koh Mudsum - well-known for their fantastic fishing and snorkeling, are only a short, 20-minute boat ride away.

It is only ten minutes from Lamai Beach, 30 minutes from Chaweng and Samui's top golf course, and 35 minutes from the airport, so you are never far from the action. But while there is easy access to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and other activities, back in Samui Beach Village you will feel you are on your own tropical island paradise.
