Appartamento Italo B is a characteristic and welcoming apartment surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps four people. From Appartamento Italo B you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside and of the vegetation. Appartamento Italo B is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Lamporecchio , where you will find restaurants, the shops and public transportation. You will find the close...st restaurant at 50 meters (165 feet) and a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet).
Appartamento Italo B is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Appartamento Italo B you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate.
The Italo Apartments are 10 holiday apartments that are distributed into two old farmhouses, located on the top of a hill, surrounded by centuries-old olive groves and vineyards.
The complex is located between Lamporecchio and Vinci , the birthplace of the famous Leonardo Da Vinci. It is situated on the western side of Montalbano, a small Tuscan mountain range which is between Florence and Pisa .

You will be able to visit the most famous Italian art cities, but also the small village of Vinci, where you could visit the house where Leonardo was born and the Leonardo Da Vinci Museum.

If you are fond of golf, you will find a gorgeous Golf Club in Vinci. It is situated on the hills, in a unique setting featuring charming panoramic views.
Instead, if you are looking for a relaxing holiday, at a few minute drive from the complex, you will find the natural thermal spa Grotta Giusti, a slice of heaven on the hills of Mount Monsummano.
Also, do not forget that you are in the home of good wine and delicious food! This would be the ideal base to explore some small medieval villages where you will could visit the most popular wine cellars of the area, with wine tasting and local food tasting.
Well, nothing is missing in this enchanting place. And at the end of the day, after having wandered through these charming lands all day long, you will be able to relax at your place, laying down by the pool, while drinking a glass of good Chianti!
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, 2.5 meters (8 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will have a broad view of the Valley and of the vineyards. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from mid-April until mid-October.
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the Valley. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. From the patio you will have a pleasant view of the garden and of the surrounding countryside.
The furnishings of the living room are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it from the going up a spiral staircase, climbing 11 steps. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The ceiling is sloping and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The mezzanine has a window.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
