Appartamento Italo A is a welcoming apartment surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It sleeps six people. From Appartamento Italo A you will have a pleasant view of the Tuscan countryside. Appartamento Italo A is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Lamporecchio , where you will find restaurants, the shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 50 meters (165 feet) and a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet).

The Italo Apartments are 10 holiday apartments that are distributed into two old farmhouses, located on the top of a hill, surrounded by centuries-old olive groves and vineyards.
The complex is located between Lamporecchio and Vinci , the birthplace of the famous Leonardo Da Vinci. It is situated on the western side of Montalbano, a small Tuscan mountain range which is between Florence and Pisa .

The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, 2.5 meters (8 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will have a broad view of the Valley and of the vineyards. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from mid-April until mid-October.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate five guests. The room has a window with a view of the garden.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the surrounding green fields.
