If you are looking for a Caribbean villa rental, or a special Grenada villa, then look no further. This privately owned superb Grenada luxury styled villa is a two-bed roomed property with a difference. The owners have paid great attention into making this property a very comfortable villa rental. It is an ideal villa accommodation for any stay on the island of Grenada. It is suitable for either a family self-catering holiday rental, a romantic or honeymoon holiday destination at a rental you can afford.

The villa is situated within it's own lush tropical grounds, with a commanding view of Lance Aux Epine Bay, in a fashionable and... exclusive residential area on the south west coast of the island. The villa has been furnished in the European style.

The iindoor patio area is a focal point of the villa and this offers complete privacy. Here, breakfast can be taken to a chorus of songbirds while at sundown you can enjoy a rum punch or two to the sound of the night creatures stirring from their slumber. Or, why not relax and ease away your cares by taking a dip in the pool under the stars of the Caribbean.

Close to the Caribbean coastline the views from the villa are spectacular. Nature is at its very best at this end of the island of Grenada. Hummingbirds are frequent visitors as are the Grenadian doves. Not forgetting to mention the fireflies that dance around the flamboyant tree at night.

All of our staff attends daily so as to maintain our guests ultimate privacy during their stay on the island of Grenada. Our housekeeper keeps house and takes care of all the housework whilst our guests enjoy their holiday stay.

If you decide to rent our property, staying at the villa takes the self out of the self-catering Grenada holiday. We have everything at the property to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one on the island of Grenada.

Grenada has many lovely unspoilt and uncrowded beaches to relax upon. We are fortunate to have three such beaches within a short walking distance to our house, two of which you may have to yourself all day! A real paradise.

There are a host of beach side restaurants all over the island, from Levera and Bathway in the North to Groom's, Pink Gin & Magazine Beach in the South. Not forgetting the fabulous Grande Anse beach, a mere 10 minute drive from our villa. You can dress up to or dress down to any of the various restaurants, icafes and bars. Grenada has an abundance of wildlife; fascinating fauna and flora - not to mention the most wonderful panoramic views that can take your breath away.

Grenada is 12 degrees north of the Equator; therefore the climate remains a steady 75ºF to 85ºF (24ºC to 30ºC) all through the year, tempered only by cooling light trade winds. With its clear blue skies, golden sands and tropical climate you are guaranteed a relaxing holiday.   This really is a jewel in the Caribbean. It is an extremely private, yet accessible property to just about anywhere you want to be on the island. If it's a quiet bay without anyone except for the occasional tropical creature, or a journey into the interior, this is the place to stay at. There are three lovely unspoilt beaches in the area that you'll have to yourselves all within walking distance of this property.
  
  We spent 9 days in this delightful house, which has breathtaking sea views from the owner's lovely well-stocked garden. It was fun trying to identify which tree and plant was what. If you are birdlife fans, then this spot is awash of many tropical birds. Beautiful tiny hummingbirds fly in and out of the frangipani, as do minor birds, mocking birds, en robins and the rare and endangered Grenadian doves come to this property every evening to feed.
  
  It is very well equipped and well stocked. You have everything you need to rustle up a meal or two, particularly since the property manager organises some shopping before you arrive! We were extremely comfortable, and well looked after by the housekeeper.
  
  The design of the house is unique, full of light, sun and air with an enclosed pool, which is open to the stars if you fancy a very private midnight swim or that sought after all over tan!!! Or a shady and cool corner from the heat of the tropical sun.
  
  Wi-fi is available, as well as cable TV and a DVD player. All you really need is your beach towel and sarong.
  
  If your looking for the world famous Grand anse beach as well as many other small coves, these are easily reached by hired car or public transport. St Georges is only 15 mins away. The area is well served by restaurants from simple pizza places to Gary Rhodes at The Calabash, a couple of minutes down the road.
  
  If you want a relaxing holiday where you can suit yourself then this could well be the place for you.
