Appartment Loft Type - Paradise under roof

Second floor of an old restored stone building in the very center of Lannion. Looking out on a semi-private nicely planted yard. No neighbors after 8 pm till 8 am.

Restaurants and services right outside. Train station at walking distance. Airport 10 minutes away (daily flights to Paris). Private parking closed at night and/or garage.

Motorbike (Yamaha Royal Star 1300 cc available if licence ok - symbolic rent). Car (Audi A4 TDI) available if I am away without it / rent by mileage.

The entire place can sleep up to... 11 persons! Well, let's say 7 normal sleepings plus 4 « a bit more wild or rooty »! (in the sauna = 2 / on... the mezzanine = 2). Let’s limit us to 8 parties (kids included) / If more contact me and let's talk about it. Thanks.

Plants everywhere in the loft (you'll have to water them up if you stay more than a week). Lots of light from the many skylight windows

Right under the roof, the apartment is 28 meters long by 6 meters in width. Terrace with sauna.

Four bedrooms plus mezzanine.

Main bedroom (bed 1,60m) with toilet room contiguous (bathtub and shower, 2 washbowls, toilet and… bidet).

Two bedrooms (beds 1,80 and 1,60m) with washbowls close to another shower room and a second restroom.

One single bedroom (bed 0,90m).

Mezzanine partly above the living room with view on TV (2 persons can sleep up there too = great for cautious kids). Access a bit athletic and limited to 70 Kg!

Very large living room (45 sq meters) with all medias and connections possible (video, internet tv, super sound system, wifi or ethernet, MP3, etc…). Sound from any source can be distributed to terrace and main bedroom.

The terrace can serve as a second, romantic, small dining room, with candles and Champagne for two, or three or four... Kids love it and the attached sauna (two beds if the heat isn't on!) will be their refuge).
