"Finca Fajardo" consists of two independent Houses, each one with two bedrooms, that can accommodate up to four people each House.

One of them is rented full(bedrooms, kitchen-living room and bathroom) and the other one is a "rooms for rent" type house sharing, the guests, the kitchen and bathroom. Each room has independent outside access.

The terraces are also independent and the big garden is shared.

Every feature of "Finca Fajardo" maintains a rustic and original feel and look of the typical island architecture, with a beautiful view to the dramatic landscape of the place.

Special mention would have the traditional... parts like the "Aljibe"-old tank used as a water reservoir- or the "Era" -big area used for farming works-, etc...

You can also enjoy the terrace and the volcanic garden in "Finca Fajardo", where you can also do your barbecues.

An extension of wine plantation is also in the property.

The parkings for several cars have private Entrance for each House.

Additional Location Information

"Finca Fajardo" is located in a quiet rural environment and, thanks to its central location, it is close to any interesting point in the island.

The best beaches, for example, are just ten minutes away by car. Timanfaya National Park is just fifteen minutes away. La Geria, the most famous and singular wine plantation of the island, is just five minutes. If you want to go to good restaurants or to go shopping in the town, you can do that in ten minutes, too.

So, the posibility of enjoying different kind of activities in shorts ways makes the location of "Finca Fajardo" just perfect!

  On arrival in Lanzarote it was already dark. Since the Finca is located in the middle of Lanzarote. Julio the friendly owner came to pick us up at a restaurant close by. The Finca is wonderful, the view stunning. Surrounded by volcanoes, and vineyards we woke up every morning to enjoy our breakfast in the lovely garden. You need to rent your own car, so you can move around. Don't forget to drink the best wine of Lanzarote Stratvs and eat at the bodega's. All the facilities are there to be found in the Finca and the decoration is done very stylish. You immediately feel home away from home!!
  
  Also don't forget to visit the Papagayo beach as the best alternative to the tourist areas...
