Apartment in a village house directly close to the sea, next to the beautiful long Famara-beach: Ideal for a family with up to 4 children or a group of friends!La Vista II is an amply apartment with 2 doublebed-rooms, one of them with sea view and the other with a rearward balcony, and a small single-room with a window to the patio. Good mattresses, large wardrobes and duvets for colder nights - you will sleep quite well! There are 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen (no oven) and a large living room with a dining area, a comfortable sofa, SAT-TV (Astra) and panoramic views of the atlantic and the Famara bay. In front of the living room is t...he terrace with fantastic view! The apartment is furnished in a homely, light and friendly way and very well kept. But really spectacual is the vista! In the evenings you can watch the changing colours of the sunset on the Riscos of Famara, enjoy the endlessness of the sky above you: Just sit down and watch and listen to the waves!La Vista is a village house next to the sea, a few steps ahead begins the Famara-beach: The sound of the sea will sing you to sleep! Apartment n° II is on the first floor, at the groundfloor is apartment n° I for 6 persons, that can be rented as well through our agency.Caleta de Famara is a small fishing-village, at the southern end of the Famara beach, one of the last natural beaches of Lanzarote. The breaking of waves is quite strong, ideal for surfers and kite-surfers, but swimmers must be carefull, as there are strong ocean currents, that are sometimes quite dangerous. So please mind the flags and take a bath where the natives do. Still the beach is ideal for a long walk, to play in the sand or just enjoy the sun!Within the village there is a small harbour and children can swim and play without any danger here. The village offers you variousquite good restaurants, we'd like to recommend the restaurant "El Risco", that offers a big variety of canarian cuisine with a modern touch. There are 3 small supermarkets and various surf and kitesurf-schools.Rates and additonal charges: Rates are for 2 persons sharing; extra charges for each additional person 15 Euro/night, for children up to 2 years old 5 €/night. If you want to use an additional bedroom, the owner charges 10 Euro/night extra. Example: If 2 persons want to use 2 bedrooms, the price is 80 Euro/night instead of 70 Euro/night. The owner charges 50 Euro for the final cleaning.Ask for a special price if you stay more than 4 weeks.Read more
