This place is not for tourists ! We offer short term residential lets.

We have welcomed family, friends & personal guests since 1985.

We are on flipkey & tripadvisor! Whoop! .

This is a family home. We do not offer tourist services. Therefore arrival & departure dates are flexible. and we do not have change over days. At the end of the residential let, guests can relax and enjoy their last day, if they have a late departure flight.

We welcome 2 guests up to 6.

Away from the tourist areas, yet only minutes drive to Costa Teguise & Famara Beaches. 5 mins to Teguise Golf Course.

A central location leading to all parts of the Island. Located on the outskirts of the village of Tahiche, away from the hubbub of the busy areas, but within easy reach of beaches and resorts.

Only 10 minutes drive to Costa Teguise, restaurants, bars and entertainment, lovely beaches and water sports facilities. Only 12 minutes drive to Famara wild & windy Beaches.

Set within the extensive garden grounds of the main property. Enter the main gates for your off road parking area for 2 cars. A garden pathway leads through to a private entrance.

The high walled gardens offer privacy, enclosing a Solar Heated Swimming Pool and surrounded by both open and covered patio terraces with sun loungers, garden furniture & gas BBQ

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have Patio doors opening onto the large covered veranda with tables and chairs and a relaxing swing seat. Overlooking the Pool & Sun Patio.

These 2 bedrooms share the main bathroom.

The 3rd Double bedroom, is available for larger groups. The retreat, set back from the pool area but still accessible to the pool through the twin bedroom. With a conservatory lounge and bathroom ensuite. All bedrooms have a hairdryer.

There is a lovely, bright and Spacious Family lounge with comfy sofas, TV, DVD, Radio & multi-CD player, basic satellite and large Film Library. A Playstation 2 with over 20 games. Plus a Casio Music Keyboard.

Free WiFi, Computer with Free internet access

The Kitchen is well equipped.

Ceramic 4 ring hob, microwave/grill/oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer etc.

Plus plenty of china, cutlery etc. A Beach Cool Bag & Ice Blocks

Also plastic ware for use around the pool area for safety.

Ironing board. iron and sewing box. Baby items available If you need anything more, just ask !

Moulded steps surrounding the whole pool to aid entry & exit.

We meet and greet you on arrival with keys, information, personalised maps, advice etc. Then we leave you alone. Consider us your friendly neighbours - A Text or Phone call away should you need any extra items, information, help or advice - your enjoyment is our pleasure!

The Villa is prepared for your arrival

Bed linen, Bathroom & Pool towels are included.

A Rural Lanzarote Retreat. On the outskirts of Tahiche village. in the municipality of Teguise.
A Rural location, however, only 5 minutes drive to a large well stocked supermarket.
10 minutes drive to Costa Teguise beaches & resort, restaurants & bars.
10 minutes drive to Famara wild & windy beaches and fish restaurants.
6 Minutes drive to the sleepy old capital of Teguise, tapas bars and restaurants.
We consider a car essential. Parking for guests within the grounds.
