THIS MODERN LUXURY VACATION RENTAL CONDO will impress you with its gorgeous lakefront views of Pine Lake from the oversized upstairs Living Room windows. The two-story, fully furnished and tastefully decorated condo includes a private boat dock for your fishing boat, pontoon or jet ski. In the summer, you'll love the large pool with its lounging area just steps from your private deck.
PARKING: The one-car garage and two additional private parking spaces directly outside the condo offer convenient parking. Additional parking is available on the private road alongside... the condo.
BEDROOMS & BATHS: Relax in the upstairs Master Bedroom with its comfortable King-size bed featuring a pillow-top mattress. Destress by soaking in the large jetted tub in the Master Bath and take advantage of the convenience of a magnifying make-up mirror and hair dryer. The sunny downstairs Guest Room has a convertible day bed with a pop-up trundle and can be made into a King-size bed or two separate Twin beds. It is adjacent to a full bath, also equipped with a hair dryer. Open the large sliding glass doors and enjoy your private deck with its beautiful view of the lake.
KITCHEN: If you like to cook, you'll be impressed by the gourmet kitchen and breakfast bar with its gorgeous granite countertops and its stainless steel appliances, including a gas range/convection oven. The wine cooler (my husband calls it his "beer cooler") is ready for your perfectly chilled beverages.
RESTAURANTS & BARS: There are lots to choose from! Here's just a sampling. Across the street you'll find a Dairy Queen Brazier next to the Thunderbird Bowling Lanes. Third Base Bar & Grill is a wonderful family sports bar with great food and is located just a 5 minute walk from the condo, next to Mom's Home Cafe, which offers a terrific affordable casual breakfast and lunch. Just across the street situated directly on the lake you'll find the upscale T-Bones Pier 11 restaurant and bar. El Bracero is a 10 minute walk away and Aurelio's Pizza offers quick delivery. Closer to downtown LaPorte is the Round the Clock restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a fun casual setting. The more upscale Portofino's Grill is situated directly on the Briar Leaf Golf Course only a 7 minute drive away. We highly recommend the amazing Trattoria Enzo with its great food and cozy bar in downtown LaPorte, only a short 10 minute drive. You've simply got to try the risotto and the delicious martinis! You'll also find tons of great restaurants and bars in nearby New Buffalo, Michigan City and along the Red Arrow Highway.
GOLF: The public golf courses of the Briar Leaf Golf Course, the Legacy Hills Golf Course and the Beechwood Golf Course are less than 7 minutes away. The Whittaker Golf Course is 20 minutes from the condo.
CASINOS: Like to go Full Tilt? The Blue Chip Casino in Michigan City and The Four Winds Casino near New Buffalo are less than 20 minutes away.
SHOPPING: Browse the many antique stores in the area. The famous Lighthouse Place Premium Outlets Mall offers great designer shopping at over 100 stores and is located only 20 minutes from the condo.
BOATING & BARBEQUE: Pontoon boats are for rent at the Inn just a 5-minute walk away, right next to the small lakefront park adjacent to the condos. This well-maintained park has a barbeque area and fishing pier. Perfect for family picnics!
BEACHES: Across the lake lies Soldiers Park with its lakefront beach and hiking trails. It's just a short 5 minute drive away. Enjoy a swim in the clear waters of Pine Lake! The beautiful beaches and dunes of Lake Michigan are only a 20 minute drive away. Be sure to bring your beach chairs!

This condo sits directly on Pine Lake in charming LaPorte, IN. Just open the sliding doors, walk across the deck, cross the lawn and you are on the lake. North Shore Drive is a private road that runs parallel to Pine Lake Road, across from the Thunderbird Bowling Lanes at the junction of Hwy-35 and Hwy-39. Only 1 1/4 hours from downtown Chicago with easy access to I-94 and I-80/I-90. Only 20 minutes from Michigan City and New Buffalo and 35 minutes to South Bend with its Notre Dame football games. Just 20 minutes to Lake Michigan with its beautiful beaches and Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore and State Park.

My son and I had a great time visiting both nearby casinos, playing golf on four courses (one public in Michigan City you didn't mention), and explored the restaurants.
Can't say enough about how you've put together everything we could need. Usually we have to go out and buy something because it was overlooked. Not here.
