This delightful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom lake home has that feeling of space and privacy that you really desire during your ultimate getaway. The house is quite large, with spacious living spaces both upstairs and downstairs, and enough sleeping room to comfortably accommodate 5 guests. Every room that faces the lake has an abundance of windows, which boast fantastic western-facing views of the lake – Get ready for some unforgettable sunsets throughout all s...easons! The lake, while not always swimmer-friendly, has truly outstanding fishing, and because it’s an environmental lake, the land across the water remains undeveloped. Only landowners on the lake are permitted to use it – No public access – So you’ll find it extremely quiet and very private, which is perfect for long days of fishing! Even though swimming isn’t the lake’s top feature, it certainly does do the trick on a hot summer afternoon. Walk right out to the lake from the basement with its easy, level grade exit for your convenience. At the end of the day, relax on the lakeside hammock and listen to the loons call before joining your travel companions by the campfire ring to roast some marshmallows…

You will find tons to do within close proximity of this home – Just a mile away are the paved Paul Bunyan and Northland Trails, which are perfect for running, biking and roller blading. Other popular attractions in the area include Leech Lake (which has farmed walleye fishing and a great public beach for swimming), Itasca Park, which has the Headwaters of the Mississippi, and the city of Bemidji, which has tons of great shops and restaurants. If you’re in the mood to golf, be sure to check out Longbow and Tianna Golf Courses, and if you want some great beverages, head over to the Forestedge Winery or Leech Lake Brewery, both of which are within just 8 miles from the house!
