The modern, beautifully decorated, fully furnished, and fully air-conditioned 2-bedroom apartment on the first floor has an undisturbed view to the sea in a quite and secure complex. You will enjoy the sounds of the sea waves and stunning views of sunrise and full moon. With a bit of luck, bird-watchers have the opportunity to see pink flamingos directly from the gate of complex.

The private sand/pebbles beach offers a serene and residential environment most suitable for families, ideal for walking, canoeing, windsurfing, and kite-surfing or for a more r...elaxing sun bathing. The complex includes the tennis court and gardens.

It has a fully equipped kitchen with 4-plate electric cooker, oven, fridge, washing/drying machine, kettle, toaster, and frappé-making machine (small blender) and a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is located 5-min drive from the new airport (no airplanes’ noise) between the sea and salt lake and is completely free from heavy traffic and noisy nightclubs. The nearest villages Pervolia and Kiti have many restaurants, taverns, night clubs, supermarkets, fruit markets, bakeries, and so on. Mini markets and small restaurants are within walking distance.

Meneou is centrally placed to explore Southern Cyprus, with Paphos 90-min, Protaras 45-min, and Nicosia 40-min drive away, and the Troodos Mountains with their stunning scenery are 90-min drive. Historical Larnaca city is only 15 mins by car with its beautiful promenade and cosmopolitan restaurants, shops and lively nightlife.

Places of interest: ancient sites; Lefkara, which is famous for traditional lace making and silver handicrafts; the biggest Waterpark in Europe, WaterWorld in Ayia Napa and Fasouri Watermania Waterpark in Limassol; and Byzantine churches, nine of which are on UNESCO's World Heritage List.

Golf: There are presently two championship golf courses to choose from:

Minthis Hills Golf Club: 18 holes of superb golf set in the grounds of 12th century monastery.
Secret Valley Golf Club: 18 holes set in a spectacular setting in a scenic valley with grand trees and beautiful sculpted rock formations around.

They are both near by Paphos (one and a half hours drive).

Ski: The Troodos mountains in winter are the skiing center for Cyprus. Yes, it is true, swim in the morning and ski in the afternoon , or vice versa, of course.

Here, you can take advantage of the pleasures of winter sports under the beautiful blue Mediterranean sky. Mount Olympus (one and a half hours drive) has several ski slopes and is fun for skiers and players in the snow of all levels and age. Skiing can be enjoyed on the slopes of Mount Olympus at 1951 meters a.s.l., usually from the beginning of January to the end of March.

Additional notes from owner

Rates above do not include the Electricity/water consumption deposit (100 Euros per week). From this deposit tenant pays all consumptions of electricity according to meter (0.30 Euro per 1 kWh) and 'excessive' consumptions of water (more than 3 tons per 1 week) according to meter (2 Euros per each 'additional' ton). The rest of electricity/water consumption deposit will be refunded upon check-out by PAYPAL TRANSFER.

In our experience the economic mode of consumption resulted in 20-40 Euro per week, while the non-economic mode of use of airconditions may rise the bill upto 100 Euro per week especially in summer months (June - September).

Damage deposit will be refunded on departure if no damages/breakages occur.

Three/four weeks' discounts are available.

We require not refundable 30% deposit for keeping reservation. The balance (including Electricity/water consumption deposit and Damage deposit) to be paid 60 days before arrival. If your arrival is within 60 days of the date of booking, full payment is required.

Cancellation refunds : Up to 60 days – full refund minus reservation deposit. 30-60 days – 50% of rent rate refunded. Less than 30 days – no refund.

The owner does not accept responsibility for any losses or personal injury, which occurs during your period of occupation.
