Truly one of the most remarkable locations in the world, Playa Bonita boasts a unique mix of quiet and fun among its white sand, changing surf, remote coves and lofty palms. Here you can be active in sports: surf, dive, snorkel or swim or take a lazy walk along the boardwalk. You may just want to sit and relax, that's here too! The Caribbean-style boutique hotels and restaurants will please your palate and quench your thirst without breaking your wallet. All of this is within a short walk of the new gated community aptly named Playa Bonita Residences.

A brand new condominium (C31) cheerfully awaits you. Tastefully decorated, C31 has ant...icipated your every desire; fully air conditioned, WIFI, Sky TVs (2), dishwasher, filtered water and ice maker, microwave, coffee/espresso maker, washer/dryer, BBQ, beach towels and chairs, safe, two mobile phones and much, much more. The master bedroom faces beautiful tropical gardens and the ocean waves. You can even hear the sound of the surf as you drift off to sleep and wake in the morning. The 'family' bedroom holds two twins that can be set together (or not) and a bunk bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and is suitably named the 'queen' bedroom. A full size bed and twin combo bunk make up the fourth bedroom which also has its own bath. There are 3 full baths in total. Our C31 condo will comfortably accommodate 8-10 people. The kitchen/living room or 'great room' also faces the gardens and ocean. The view is nothing short of stunning and spectacular. Feel free to use the beach chairs on the grass just outside the patio to socialize, tan or take a nap...zzzzzz

Come sit on the patio and eat fish that you caught and grilled yourself that day while soaking in the lush beauty that is Playa Bonita! Las Terranas (the town) is less than 4km from C31. Eat in town, shop, purchase fresh fish daily at the fisherman's village, enjoy meeting locals and people from everywhere around the world. Las Terrenas is located in Samana which itself a gorgeous unspoilt peninsula on the North East coast of the Dominican Republic. Access is now easy with many direct flights into El Catey, the new International airport of Samana and only a 2 hour drive from the Las Americas International Airport of Santo Domingo. Palm trees around wherever you look and the true Caribbean charm of the place enchants our visitors.

  This secluded villa called Casa Daniela could not have been any more secluded and quiet. Situated at the end of a long narrow, tropical road from the beach, and inside secure but not to secure feeling gates, you feel like you are in your own little paradise in paradise. Neighbors were great and accomodating as were the locals. We found the home to be well stocked with everything you could possible need, heck the place was better stocked than my personal home in the us! Pool was perfect and the layout of the home practical. After staying in other places without a/C and being told we did not need it, it was nice to be in a cool room. In my american opinion, A/C is needed down there at this time of year! Toni was great and went out of her way to meet with us and ascertain we were happy. Las Terrenas is a lively town with lots of happy people who are flattered to have tourists in their town. We will definitly be back and will be staying in Casa Daniela again.
