Nuestra estadia en Caoba fue una experiencia muy agradable desde la reservacion, facil contacto con los propiertarios quienes nos recibieron muy amablemente y su presencia siempre discreta en la propiedad nos dio mucha seguridad y tranquilidad.
El deparamento es Impacable y muy comodo con muy buenos servicios que nos hicieron sentir como en casa, esta situado en una calle privada lejos del ruido pero a pocos pasos de todo, banco, supermercado, restaurantes y playa, tan agradable que puedes trasladarte siempre a pie !!
los propietarios han sido siempre muy amables con nosotros, siempre pendientes en ayudarnos con lo que podemos necesitar

Dans un cadre verdoyant et très agréable vous profiterez de la piscine très bien entretenue et de la gentillesse de Marjolaine et de Pierre.
Proche de la ville et non loin de très belles plages vous y passerez un agréable séjour. -

Stayed November 17 to December 19, 2011. Great location minutes away from many beaches. Close to the centre of town, resturants, shopping and grocery stores. Complex is clean and quite, down a side street. No need for air conditioning great tropical breezes through apartment. Secure, watchman 24/7 at front gate. Apartment has all the comforts of home washing machine, kitchen had microwave, full fridge and stove. Bedding and towels are provided. Bedrooms had queen size beds in both rooms of the apartment we rented. All apartments are the same layout, 2 bedrooms, bathroom in the middle, living area with kitchen, small room off kitchen for washing machine and large balcony at front. Property managers helpful and friendly, speak spanish, french and some english. We asked alot of questions through email and everything was answered quickly, they also looked after booking our airport transfers from and to El Catey airport Looking forward to going back again next year!
