Beautiful tropical/caribbean styled villa and just steps away from the beach at Playa Coson. The villa is located in a safe gated beachfront community.
Directly in front of the villa you have a small path that goes to the beach, and the beach is just at 80 meters.
This large villa is made for outdoor living. Enjoy the Caribbean from under the terrace. There is a large outdoor salon/terrace area and outdoor dining area.
Within walking distance a good restaurant at the beach, several minutes to the west along the beach. This restaurant with its own beach and pool area as well has also food delivery at the villa if you like.

The villa is located inside a gated beachfront community at famous Playa Coson. Just 80 meters distance from the beach... And this is a perfect beach for relaxing, kids, walking or horse riding... and sunset....
Next to the community a beachfront restaurant with delivery service. You want a pizza... call them!

Rented a while ago a villa here. First time stay at Las Terrenas, Samana. Was here with wife and kids. Perfect for them. Pool, beach, sand.
We rented an atv for 2 weeks. Was good enough for us. Perfecto to go around. Do not go on the beach with the atc... police!!! Not allowed.

I had the pleasure to stay in one of the villas from Gisela Diaz. Not this one at Coson but a great villa close to the beach in Play Bonita.
I and my friends had a wonderfull time and the booking went very easy. Villa was great and spacious with all comfort we needed. -

Made a reservation by phone. Everything went smoothly. Gisela picked us
up to bring us to the villa. Showed us around and went with us to do our
first groceries. If we wanted to know something we always could call here.
Top villa on a top location. Beautiful beach, perfect for swimming and
snorkeling. Its a gated community.
Great villa, large beds, nice kitchen and good private service. With the car
several minutes from town. If necessary they deliver the groceries.
When you like to walk you just go to the next beach, at Playa Bonita. Here
very nice (french) restaurants, beachfront.
Las Terrenas is a very nice location. Very nice beaches, nice nature, bars,
restaurants and shops. Very mixed culture from all around the word people
are living here.
For sure its NOT Punta Cana. No all-inclusive resorts... Thats the charme
here.
In Las Terrenas itself lots of traffic.
