Two brand new villas nestle on a hilltop facing the clear blue sea and overlook palm trees as far as the eye can see. VillaNoria Verde and Azul are so close to the ocean that you can hear the waves breaking from the poolside terrace. Each villa has been completely renovated in contemporary European style and is equipped with all the modern conveniences.

VillaNoria Verde and VillaNoria Azul are identical, two-story villas. Each has a fully furnished living room with a flat screen satellite television, an open kitchen, and powder room on the ground floor. These rooms open up to a covered private terrace in the back of the house. Upstairs... there are two bedrooms with air conditioning facing the ocean. Each has two separate or adjoining twin beds and en suite bathrooms with rain showers.

Located in the hills of Coson, just ten minutes away from the Caribbean's most pristine and unspoiled beaches, VillaNoria is also nearby the colourful shops and restaurants of Las Terrenas. Las Terrenas is the holiday destination of choice for individual travellers to the Dominican Republic (in contrast to groups). In town you'll find the “Pueblo de Pescadores, with its small beachfront restaurants serving local and European cuisine and lively bars for a great night out. You'll find Las Terrenas to be a real melting pot of Dominican and European culture. For decades now, Europeans have relocated to this area for its beauty, the quality of life and, of course, its pleasant climate with the ever-present trade wind that cools the heat of the sun with tropical breezes.

VillaNoria is situated on the Northeast side of the Dominican Republic, just 3 kilometres outside Las Terrenas. VillaNoria is easily accessible from the Dominican Republic's main international airports. By car, El Catey/Samana Airport is just 30 minutes away, Santo Domingo Airport is 1 hour and 40 minutes away, Puerto Plata Airport is 2 hours and 30 minutes away and Punto Cana Airport is a 6 hour drive.
You may also consider booking a private flight from Puerto Plata or Punto Cana to El Portillo Airport, Las Terrenas' local airport for a reasonable price. El Portillo provides daily connecting flight service to and from the international airports listed above.

  There is nothing bad about Villa Noria! The staff is friendly and helpful. The villa is well equipped, including arts and crafts for kids, a toddler bed, and a baby bed! The views are stunning and the quality for the price can't be beat! Thank you alma, Sandy, and Hans for a great stay!
