Enjoy a beautifull beach house ( at 35 minutes from Montañita ),the house is located into a huge terrain that begins in front of the beach and ends at small hill where the house gives you a spectacular view of one of the best beach areas in Ecuador where you have kilometers of beaches like Puerto Rico, Las Tunas, and Ayampe. You can play in the volleyball grass court or swim in the pool located in the border of the hill. Hammocks everywhere and outside grill for your enjoying. The house is located in Puerto Rico ( Ecuador, Manabi ), at 195 Km aprox from Guayaquil airport Jose Joaquin de Olmedo ( 3 hours aprox ), and at 30 minutes from montañita.The beach of Puerto Rico is flanked by palm trees and desert islands inhabited by crabs and filled with crystal clear lagoons, is a quiet and peaceful place, ideal for swimming.It has a humid tropical climate in the higher elevations, arid and dry tropical lowland areas. The temperature fluctuates between 20 and 30 degrees Celsius.At low tide, this beach is wide, as the mountain ranges away from the beach, leaving an open area on the oceanfront. Thanks to the abundant vegetation and fauna of Puerto Rico beach fishing permits. The house has enought space for big families and groups and has an endless outside area. If you want privacy and total relaxation this is the perfect spot for you.
