1-2 Rooms - Cancel 3 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty of 1 Nights Room Charge. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the entire reservation.*Please note any reservation or change with 3 rooms or more shall require a 14 day cancellation notice or the entire reservation will be charged. All Cancellations need to be made by calling 877-538-7389. No Cancellations will be accepted by email.

  My husband and I spent a weekend at the MGM Signature, booked through Jet Luxury Resorts. We checked into room 14-805 on Thursday, February 25th and stayed until Sunday, February 28th. We chose to stay at the MGM Signature based on its exemplary reputation. The hotel, restaurants, amenities and staff were excellent, as expected. However, the condition of the room and communication with Jet Luxury Resorts was inadequate, at best.
  
  When we arrived at the hotel on Thursday evening, the front desk assistant was unable to confirm our reservation even though I had a confirmation number, and had to call a Jet representative for clarification. There was no answer so he had to leave a message and we had to wait for a return call. When we finally were able to check in, we were rather disappointed to find the room was quite dirty (photos available) – dark hair in all areas of the bathroom, a fairly thick layer of dust throughout the suite, scuff marks on the walls, stained carpet, etc. In addition, the room was in disrepair. The sink faucet was missing a screw and easily came off, the light above the bar area was out, the light switch on one of the nightstand lamps was missing, and the outlet for the blender and coffee machine did not work.
  
  We left a tip for housekeeping before we went out for the day on Friday and hoped we would find a cleaner room when we returned. What we found when we returned was our door ajar – the housekeeping staff had left the room unlocked! We called the number in the room for Jet Resorts several times, and finally my husband was able to reach a Jet representative. He told her what had happened and she assured us we would receive a return call. No such call was ever made.
  
  Although the hotel itself exceeded its exceptional reputation, our overall experience at the MGM Signature was severely tainted by the astoundingly low standards and deficient customer service of Jet Luxury Resorts.

  I had the priveldge of staying with Jet Luxury Resorts at the MGM Signature, while I was in Las Vegas for the largest wireless industry convention in the United States for 4 nights. It was buy far the best Vegas hotel experience I have ever had the accomodations were spectacular and everything from the cleanliness of the suite to the staff in the hotel was remarkable. I would reccomend this Jet Luxury property to anyone going to Vegas!
