Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaWe love this place!

The apartment is so comfortable it feels like home! My husband was complaining when we were leaving because he just didn't want to leave yet! The place is tastefully decorated and clean. I posted pictures of the apartment on my Facebook and my friends have already asked me for the contact details to book the apartment when they head over to Vegas! It's strategically located, quite close to Las Vegas Blvd. It is also right next to a place for you to dine & shop for necessities.

We had a really wonderful time. The rooms are big, and beautiful! It was everything we needed or wanted. The only thing was I needed a couple tools for cooking that i didn't bring that were not provided. If you really need something for a meal, bring it yourself. Other than that it was wonderful!!

Ohiolots of space and great location

We had a great stay in this condo. There was my husband, myself, and our 15 and 17 year old kids. Our flight was late so we didn't get there until about 1am. We were buzzed in, parked in our spot which was right next to our condo and got right in. The condo was so much larger than staying at a hotel. We used the refrigerator and microwave a lot. About half way through the week, it was nice to be able to do our laundry in our condo as we relaxed. We used the wifi during the week and we rented a movie from Redbox right down the street on our last night because we had an early flight the next day. It was decorated nice and the furniture was all very comfortable. It was a great location with a Walgreens nearby and the Orleans hotel/casino nearby with bowling and a movie theater. It was near the highway and the strip. We went different places every day and it was easy to get around. You definitely want a car to get around but everything was in easy driving distance. It is a great place to stay for a family with teenagers.

If you want to stay in Vegas we would recommend this Villa.
The Vegas strip is wonderful but pretty full on, so by staying away from the strip will give you the sence of peace within the madness of Vegas.
Villa is great, large and spacious,it has all the amenities you need plus a pool and spa right next door, again wonderful.
You will need a car as its a 10 min drive away from strip but we would recommend this anyway so you can get out and explore.
Make sure you go to Red Rock Canyon and Hoover Dam!
We had a wonderful time! -

VancouverReally good value for a week's stay
Left on 08/10/2011 for a stay in May 2011
My husband & I stayed at Casita Vegas in early May for our first trip to Vegas. We had a very good time and there were only a few minor things which affected our trip.
An instruction/guide book left on the kitchen counter, i.e., how to use the TV remotes, how the whirlpool operates; what the wi-fi password is & where recycling containers are would be helpful.
Some small kitchen appliances were missing - teakettle and blender would have been appreciated.
Unfortunately, we couldn't use the patio as the chairs were dirty and had turned chalky leaving residue on our clothes if we sat.
Blackout drapes &/or blinds on the bedroom windows would have been nice as we usually found ourselves awake around 6 am each day, simply because the room was way too bright.
Overall, we were pleased with the unit and location, other than the above items. It certainly wasn't enough to deter us from enjoying our stay or considering returning. The unit was neat, clean, tidy & centrally located to the 'Strip', shopping, restaurants, casinos, attractions and the interstate. All said, we felt we got really good value for our money for the week and have recommended the location & unit to others. -

Left on 08/02/2011 for a stay in July 2011
We stayed here for 10 days and found the condo to be in a very good location. It's a 10 minute drive from the strip and has all the conveniences close by including Walgreens, restaurants, and grocery stores. The size and layout of the condo is great for a family - two bedrooms, two bathrooms and lots of room so you definitely don't feel like you're tripping over each other. We come to Vegas every year so staying off the strip was not something we were concerned about especially since we were travelling with teenage sons. We took lots of day trips away and enjoyed the pool(s) and workout room at the complex. The only thing that could have been improved is knowing in advance a few of the basics like the gate remote only opens certain gates and the pool key only opens the far gate at the main pool - but once you figure it out on your own it's no problem. Other than that it was all very good - clean, quiet and accessible. You do need a vehicle, however, there is a good casino (Orleans) located within a 15 minute walk that offers everything for adults and the kids can keep busy at the theatre, bowling alley and acade. I would definitely stay again.

We found the condo to be exactly as described and it fit our needs perfectly. It accommodated our family of 5 nicely with all of the comforts of home. We were happy to be staying away from the bustle of the strip but also found it easy to get there when we wanted to. Gail was friendly, very easy to get along with and provided many helpful tips which enhanced our vacation.

Left on 10/17/2010 for a stay in May 2010
The apartment is on the first floor, the neighbours are very quiet and the site has 2 pool areas surrounded by gardens. The main area in the apartment is very pleasant but decorated in very pale shades, so beware if you go with children. The kitchen is well equipped and well set out. There are two bedrooms, the main one having a great walkin wardrobe and a good sized bathroom. The second bedroom is at the other side of the apartment an is also a good size. There is an additional bathroom next to the kitchen. The property also has a balcony. There is an allocated parking place very near to the accommodation.
The complex is safe and secure and near a bustop. There are shops and restaurants nearby.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay.Response from Roy Youngberg - 10/24/2010

The Casita Vegas was an incredible place to stay. We had a bit of a struggle hooking up with Gail at first, but it was no fault of hers ... just circumstances. Gail was awesome to work with and very accommidating. The condo was perfect for us; very well equipped with all we needed, nice furnishings, the patio was nice. Couldn't ask for a better location ... just minutes from the strip. We would definitely recommend this condo and will, no doubt, stay again!

If you're tired of smoky casinos, and constant noise every time you leave your room to go out during your stay in Vegas, I would highly recommend staying at this condo. It is bright, and very classy. Lots of room for two couples or a family of four. Cook your meals, or heat up a snack when you get home in the evening. We didn't have time to use the swimming pool or hot tub this trip, but it was inviting....even in December!

We stayed at at this condo while adopting a newborn
- so we wanted something clean in a safe area, near
shops/restaurants, quiet, relaxing, etc. This
condo had EVERYTHING we could have wanted. The
condo was impeccably clean (we were hyper-sensitive
because of the newborn), very quiet (again
newborn), easy to get to, and provided lots to do
(Wi Fi, movies, games, books, pool). We felt safe
(coming and going at odd hours going back and forth
to the hospital), there were tons of stores nearby
and the strip was just a short drive or cab ride
(or the Gold Coast Casino is just a block or so
way). The condo owner was fantastic to work with -
very flexible and nice. We had researched condos
while waiting for the birth but didn't have an
exact due date. We called her from the road on the
way from Northern California to Vegas, and she had
the placed cleaned and ready for us when we arrived
(actually had someone waiting there to give us the
keys and make sure we had everything we needed!).
I highly recommend staying here for a visit to Las
Vegas - much better than an a hotel (no smoke no
noise) and far more economical (more money for the
casinos!).Response from Roy Youngberg - 12/15/2009

My husband and I stayed here for almost 7 months and found the place to be charmingly decorated, comfortable and affordable. We had access to the Strip in minutes and various restaurants and shops were right in the immediate area. The condo is in a gated area and we felt very secure.
Any issues we had were immediately handled by Gail and when we left, we felt like we were leaving home. We would highly recommend Casita Vegas as a vacation location or as a Vegas long term home. -

For my need to go to UNLV on a daily basis the location at Tropicana Blvd. was as good as it gets.
Just drive east along Trocinana, across the Las Vegas Blvd. (called the Strip) and past McCarran airport and i was already there.
There wasen't much of any services needed since the condo had everything in it and in working order and was totally self contained.
The gated residental complex it is at was pretty friendly and pleeasantly quiet, something i much liked.
What i clearly liked most is that the condo itself had hardly ever any noicy disturbances by neighbors, sleep or work any time of day or night.
The owner/manager has always been promt, helpful and that in a friendly way - very accommodating. -

My husband and I decided to stay off the Strip during our last trip to Vegas, so we found this little jewel only a ten minute drive away from the city. It was like having our own private, little place in Vegas (without all the smoke and noise of a hotel). It was nicely decorated, the beds were extremely comfortable and we didn't have to hear housekeeping carts clunking up and down the halls, screaming tourists, or check out at 10am!
The complex, as well as the condo, was very clean and safe, we could do our laundry, hang out by the pool, cook our own meals, etc..
The landlord was very nice, trustworthy, and easy to deal with. Anything we needed (even advice on what to do in Vegas!), she was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!!!
