We just returned from 3 great nights at Kim's property. The suite suited our needs to a tee. Traveling with young children (5 and 7) we needed a spot that was close to the action, but not in a casino. The Signature was super convenient, with a moving sidewalk right into the MGM Grand, and a Starbucks right downstairs :) The suite itself was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make several meals. My only critique would be that the bed linens were a little thread bare. Some high thread count sheets would pair well with the existing, luxurious, bath towels. Thank you so much for opening up your suite to us!

I was working in Las Vegas for 6 weeks and so chose Kim's apartment for the location (easily walkable to the strip) and also to have a kitchen so I could cook for myself. It was perfect for all of my needs, like a home from home, with a good sized kitchen, big fridge/freezer and for working, a fantastic big desk with a view over the mountains.
Kim was a pleasure to deal with and made the stay go very smoothly. She even popped by with her husband to check that things were OK, which was very nice.
Whilst I was there, I enjoyed using the gym and pool every day, so was able to keep fit. It was also great to have Starbucks so close by on the ground floor. Great whirlpool hot tub too!
The walk through to the MGM Grand was easy via the moving walkway, taking just over 5 minutes and the Monorail station was easy to walk to too. Walking the other route to the strip, via East Harmon street was also very easy and the great thing is that going that route, you find yourself in a great location right in the middle of the strip, opposite the new City Centre.
Overall, I had a great stay and I thought it was very good value for such a top-quality apartment.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Checking in and checking out took only a minute or two. Just a short walk from the Strip, but we really enjoyed a casino-free lobby. Very clean and quiet. Valet parking was quick and easy too.

Our group consisted of 3 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 8 and this beautiful unit was everything you see in the photos. The only small issue we had was that the washing machine/dryer were not available for our 4 night stay, which would have been a plus because sending out your washing was very expesive, but we managed. Check in was very easy and the queues were much greater at other hotels in Vegas. Thank you Kim for your excellent service and the use of your beautiful unit. We loved it!!

A great room. More like a studio appt except accented in marble. Large comfortable bed, living area with couch and chairs, kitchen with stove, microwave and utinsels and a spacious beautiful bathroom. The view from the patio was also amazing.

My wife and 2 "kids" (ages 18 and 21) stayed in this comfortable 1 bedroom uint. Plenty of room for everyone for a long weekend, although a 2 bedroom unit would be better for an extended stay.
Rental process was very smooth. The unit was very clean and in great condition. Well-equipped kitchen. Easy access to the strip. Valet parking was convenient. We enjoyed using the pools at MGM Grand. Would stay here again.

Myself and 3 others family members stayed in this apartment over xmas and new year and would reccomend to all.
The location of the apartment was excellent for us and it was great to be able to enjoy some peace and quiet whilst being so close to all the main action.
The apartment was very clean and very spacious and was exactly what we were looking for. The booking of the apartment was hassle free and Kim replied promptly to any queries we had prior to visiting. Wonderful stay in this Condo - service was excellent from initial booking process to service in the Signature building itself. Kim was fantastic and responded promptly and efficiently to any enquiries. Condo is in a great location - nice balance between the busy casinos areas. Really nice to walk back to a quiet location in the evening. Condo was well equipped, very clean and exceeded expectations. My wife and I stayed at Kim's condo on Columbus Day weekend, 2010. Dealing with Kim getting the reservation lined up was easy, efficient, and Kim was a pleasure to deal with. The service at the Signature was very good; we arrived around 9:30pm, were greeted pleasantly by the valet who also provided us with free bottles of water; at registration they had our information and checked us in immediately; the condo itself is as nice as Kim describes it, upscale and clean. The Signature is just a couple blocks off Las Vegas Blvd where the Bellagio, Ceasar's Palace, etc., are which is the heart of the Strip. If you're renting a car be aware the traffic is horrendous during the peak hours.

This unit was gorgeous. I didn't want to leave the room! Very sumptuous and fully appointed. I can't wait to go back again.
The kitchen was very nicely stocked with glasses and dishes that were unexpectedly needed. The bathroom was larger than I expected, and looks even nicer in person than in the photos. The bed was very comfortable and the couch was too. Overall a very nice suite.
The staff were exceptional as well. Wonderful place. -

I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone that is traveling to Vegas. The unit was lovely and clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were great.

We really enjoyed the fact that we had a fully serviceable kitchen and were able to make our meals when we wanted to. This saved us alot of money and our waist lines.

The location is great as it is a short walk to the main strip but you are out of the hustle and bustle. Taxi's were readily available and the monorail is close by.

I liked being able to use the facilities of the MGM grand, but having your own smaller pool was great as you were away from the crowds.

I would highly recommend Kim's unit to anyone, the service is fantastic, it is value for money! What else can I say but viva LaS Vegas. I am coming back! -

Great location - away from the maddening crowd but a cheap cab ride away
from all the action and could walk easily to the MGM.
Only complaint is very loud music at pool that they said they couldn't turn

The unit was even better than we had expected. Furnishings and all the kitchen equipment were perfect. We were very impressed by the views, by the staff at the Signature, and the lovely setting of the hotel. We were especially impressed by the pop-up tv in the master bedroom. The towels were the best we've had in any hotel in which we've stayed. Check in and check out were so easy and the suitcases were loaded and delivered promptly. We'll be back. In the meantime, we'll tell all our friends to stay there.

This is my third time to rent Kim's condo. Because I did not decide to visit Vegas until early in January, the condo was booked for a period of time that I had planned my visit. Kim went out of her way to find alternate accommodation for the guest to whom she had rented the property (2 days) so that I could have the condo for the full month. Kim certainly goes above and beyond in the client service area and I very much appreciated her effort.
If you are looking for accommodation, look no further than Kim's condo. It will satisfy your needs, and she will make sure that you have a terrific visit to Vegas. -

This is a really nice place. We stayed for 3 days at the beginning of March and couldn't have been happier.
The bedroom is large and the bathroom is beautiful. There is also a second full bathroom in the living room/kitchen which is a big plus.
The walk to the MGM is about 8 minutes which is perfect - far enough away from the crowd.
I would not stay at a casino hotel again - I would stay here in a minute. -

We loved the Signature condo...It was clean,smoke free, and spacious. Be sure that if you need extras, ask in advance..I forgot to touch base beforehand regarding crib and the service that offers it closes at 4pm. So if you need crib or pack-n-plan ask in advance.
The condo offers TOP of the line appliances, HUGE bathroom with tub/jets, and second bathroom in the living area. I loved that the Signature is connected to the MGM but was separate. -

I went to Kim's place to pass New Year with my family and we all had a wonderful time.
The apt is very beautifully decorated and very clean.
when we arrive we had to call Kim because we did no knew were the master room tv was and some other thing .Immediately she anwered back.
The apt its located on Tower One and its perfect , because it very close to the MGM hotel.
The view is ok eventhough you can see very little of the Hotel on the Strip.
The personnel at the Sinature are very friendly.
Going to The MGM Hotel there are lots of nice Restaurants and fast food place.
We pass New Yeas Eve on one of the Bellagio's Restaurant and it was perfect because the Strip on that night gets EXTREMELY crowed. THe fireworks are breath taking.I sencirely recommend to pass New Years on one of the Hotels Restaurant.
