  My wife and I, and our closest friends, spent February 14th-18th in Las Vegas. We wanted a place close enough to the strip, but not in a casino hotel. We also wanted a 2 bedroom instead of paying for 2 1 bedrooms in a hotel. The Signature looked like the perfect place! We were in Tower 1, 36th Floor Penthouse, 306 & 308. Ok, so let's talk about the Cons first, since there are only a few. If you decide to rent here, and I highly suggest it, try to get on the odd side, 307 & 309 would have been the ideal! We had a hugh balcony, but we were on the airport side, so missed out on the strip view. This is definitely not a deal breaker! Also, if you get the even side, with the Master next to the elevators (306), there is a very faint whine from the elevator motors that was definitely there. Not really annoying unless you listened for it. We could easily ignore it and it did not keep us awake. But if I had my wishes, I would have perferred the odd side. Also one other not great thing was when we got there, there were a few Cheese Its at the ffot of the bed. The cleaning service that is hired after a guest departs missed there completely. The rest of the suite was very clean, and when I called the rental office in the morning, they were horrified and sent the service back up to completely reclean the room.
  
  Ok, now the positives. The rooms could be made into a suite by closing the double doors to the hallway and either keeping both doors open. 306 had a livingroom with the access to the very large balcony. The kitchen was also in this room. We went to the grocery and stocked up for breakfasts and drinks and snacks. It is a full kitchen with large Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven, dishes, silverware, pots & pans, the works! The bedroom was large, with a large jacuzzi jetted tub, and walk in shower and 2 sinks on different sides of the bathroom. Made it a joy for my wife and I to get dressed in the morning or before we went to dinner. The connecting 1 bedroom was large, microwave, refrigerator, and a nice bathroom.
  
  I have read reviews on how far it was to the strip and MGM. There is a connector to the MGM with moving sidewalks. Not a big deal. A 5 minute leasurely walk was all it took. The strip was a 10 minute walk. Not a problem. Its location was down the street from City Center, if you are familiar with the strip. We walked everywhere except for 3 taxi rides to Chinatown, The Palazzo and the Rio. A 2 bedroom suite, if you could find one in one of the hotels, runs a fortune. The 2 bedroom suite at the Signature, for 4 days, including all fees and charges cost us less than a night or 2 in a hotel. We will always return to the Signature on return trips to Las Vegas!

  Perfect place to stay

  4 of us went to Vegas to play in a tennis tournament. The signature towers were awesome. Nicely appointed, great amenities: pool, gym, Starbucks, awesome deli/breakfast place...the best part was the tunnel right into MGM Grand and the 'Distict' where the shopping and Dining was fabulous. Definitely a 'tamer' side of Vegas...but that's what we loved.

  Awesome, awesome, Extravagance!

  1500 sq ft, on the 27 floor! By far the best value I have ever gotten. Everything is included except for cleaning (extra cost) which we decided was not needed for just 3 nights. It was a block away from the strip but we used a car to get around most of the time so that was never a problem. The owners really take pride into keeping the rooms clean and updated. I am definitely coming back here and will use the same company, Signature Rental. Thank you!

  Great for a family

  We spent a week here with our 2 teenagers, so the layout was perfect for us. Our kids had their own space but were connected to us.
  The hotel staff was great, concierge very helpful. Closer to the MGM pool complex than the MGM itself, no walking through casino/cigarette smoke. Kitchen was good, beds comfy. Rooms nice & quiet at night. Bathrooms were very nice, toiletries generous but not fancy. The rooms were, however, a little tired here & there. Scratches on furniture, buttons on jet tub loose & yellowed, panel below dishwahser kept falling off, that kind of thing. We are not picky folks and knew tower 1 was the oldest of the 3 buildings, so this was not a big deal for us. WiFi was useable, but a bit sketchy sometimes.Enjoyed the balcony, which most hotels do not have. However be aware that the unit we were in was above Wet Republic, so dance music going all day. Pool closes early evening, and no noise if the patio doors were closed. We would still choose this side of the building again, as we had sun all day and it was a bit cool in March. The other side of the building would have more view of the strip, and balcony would be mostly shaded.
  We had negotiated one midweek cleaning, which worked great for us.
  If walking to the strip going North, much quicker to go out on Harmon & head toward miracle Mile shops than walking through MGM.
