We stayed first at the Excalibur for two nights. It was smelly - even after getting upgraded to the newer 'tower'.
The next two nights? Signature at MGM Grand. So nice.
There was even a Starbucks that actually took the gift card I had loaded with $80 for the trip. Excalibur Starbucks? They were corporate affiliated with Excalibur's parent company and couldn't accept it.
The breezeway worked the entire length to and from the Signature to the MGM Grand. When you're walking Vegas, this is a wonderful reprieve.
The staff of the Signature was excellent; friendly, courteous and helpful. The staff at Excalibur? Tired, stiff, offered no helpful information unless directly asked. Excalibur was cliche', cheesy and full of 'branding'. The Signature was a relaxing oasis away from the strip.
Concierge at the Signature was professional, fast and proficient - exactly what you want in concierge service.
The room at the Signature - a Junior Suite - had a mini-washer and dryer, a full kitchen, marble countertops, a jacuzzi tub, separate stand up shower, wonderful king sized bed, a 42" flat screen, dual sinks in the bathroom - there was even a tv in the bathroom...
My only hiccup was during check-in, I was asked to provide a credit card with a $500 limit on it. I wasn't comfortable with that, so I wasn't able to use room service during our stay. (That's ok - we ate out using gift cards we bought for a fraction of the cost at Restaurant.com and bought groceries our first day at albertson's to save money.)
overall: I'm going to be booking another stay at the Signature soon. -

Left on 01/29/2013 for a stay in December 2012
We had some issues with our room that took way longer than necessary to be resolved after repeated phone calls.
The shower drain was stopped up so we called in the early morning about the issue and when we returned in the evening, nothing had been done. We had to call again and they finally came to fix the issue.
Then we did not receive housekeeping service. Also called to have this taken care of but housekeeping never came.
In addition, we waited for our car to arrive from valet (your only parking option) and twice it took them over 30 minutes to bring the car around.
Overall, the weekend stay left us with a sour taste in our mouths about a place that had so much potential. -

When setting up a vacation there is always a little apprehension, preplanning and research can usually help, but stress is always involved. My GF and I arrived knowing we were going to The Signature but really not much after that, we stood in line 2 people deep and were helped promptly. The only issue was we arrived a little too early and the room wasn't ready (the only issue at all). We went to the cafe just adjacent to the lobby and had some ice tea and our room was ready.
The desk staff were very professional and friendly ready to answer any questions we had and we were off to the room. One of the main requirements for the room was a Jacuzzi tub, and that was delivered as promised. Elegant marble floors in the bathroom and soft carpet throughout the rest of the suite, mirrored external windows, glass shelves, and dark wood finish cabinets for storage. A Big comfortable bed with high count sheets was a very welcome sight after walking the strip and did an excellent job aiding rest. There was a kitchenette, but we ate out all meals, the stainless mini fridge was a welcome addition we stocked it with drinks.
The location of the building was perfect and it felt exclusive with afterhours keycard entry. The building is smoke free and gambling free and it made it feel special; just a hop, skip, and a jump from access to the strip. The facilities were beautiful, a big pool, gym, palm trees lining the walks and surrounding the grounds. Over all we had an incredible experience, "Comfortable Luxury" is how I would describe it, I will stay there next trip no doubt or stress involved. -

Stayed for a full 9 days while in town for business, but would be great for a weekend trip as well. Very convenient to casino but as these are the private condos, just set back enough to be quieter and more relaxing. Booked thru BlueChipVegas who were very professional, and even accomodated me when it turned out I screwed up the date of the first night of my rental.

Left on 10/31/2012 for a stay in October 2012
Horrible experience because we booked thru Blue Chip we ended up staying a few nights extra and booked directly thru the hotel and it was a huge difference but same price. With blue chip, you get a "party package" that is really not worth it, you get a handicap room, which means way smaller tub, and an open toilet area. No house keeping (unless you pay $25 extra a day) they did bring us new towels after we asked. Mgm employee was rude to us (guess because we didn't book thru them, so they don't care) when we arrived and one reservation was canceled, had to contact blue chip to find out what had happened, took 30 minutes to get the situation taken care of. Got charged $43 for shipping our bags there (there was no disclosure of this) talked to the manager, after discussing she said she would take care of it for us. We still got charged, now I have to spend\waste more time disputing it again. Over all, hotel was nice, cafe was good, and on our additional nights thru MGM Signature had no additional issues.

Hi,
I reserved a Penthouse Junios Suite with balcony on the 36th floor via BlueChipVegas.
It has had a strip-facing view, so we could see the MGM City Center, Monte Carlo...
We stayed at Tower 1 (or a) which is closest to the MGM Grand.
We were 2 guys in this suite, so we had a lot of space. Even the bathroom was very spacious. We had a seperate restroom inside the bathroom, two sinks, a shower, and a jacuzzi.
We had a king-sized bed, a sofa, sitting-area, kitchenette, Hd-tv, another small TV in the bathroom, and a balcony.
BlueChipVegas organized everything very well. We ordered a bottle of vodka with energy drinks and some club passes. Both were in our room as we entered it.
There's a concierge service we sometimes used. They are very competent and helpful. They organised everything we wanted.
You have your own pool but you can also use the pool amenities from the MGM Grand Pool complex which is very huge.
The location is okay. You have to walk to the MGM Grand and then through the MGM Grand, too. All in all, i think, takes about 10-15 minutes. Then you are at the Strip.
The Siganture is a gated hotel, so you can only park your car (valet) if you have got a valid roomkey / number in your car.
We liked it there very much because it's not loud (like you are used to it from Vegas) so you can relax. But you can also have the Vegas life and have parties etc. if you just walk some steps.
We liked the service there a lot because they took care of all our wishes.
I would definitely come back and reserve this room again.
See you in Vegas.

Left on 09/25/2012 for a stay in September 2012
The rooms at the Signature are fantastic - but beware of a small but significant difference in booking these through Blue Chip. Blue Chip is a third party proprietor of the rooms. They are poorly staffed (i.e. they leave at 4pm just in case you need anything after that time - like you need to check in), they are rude and unprofessional. Do youself a favor and book directly through Signature. You will be glad that you did.

The Signature Suites are wonderful! Decor is modern and comfortable. Very easy access to and from the airport. No casinos in the lobby to walk through which is very pleasant. Pools are beautiful, not crowded and not meat markets. Blue Chip Vegas was very easy to work and expertly handled any issues that arose. I will definitely return to the Signature and use Blue Chip Vegas when I do!

We were getting married in Nevada and wanted to get a sweet with a jet tub and have it be big enough for the wedding party to get ready in. When I contacted Blue Chip Vegas they were amazingly accommodating and treated us like we wanted to be treated on our wedding day, except they did it through out the whole experience. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable. For a room of the same caliber we would have paid double staying anywhere else on the strip. Best part was that we didnt have to share the pool with a million and one people which means the water was cleaner, cooler, and wasnt over crowded. Thanks Blue Chip Vegas fro making our wedding such an amazing experience!

Recently broke up a week's stay between MGM Signature using Blue Chip and the Mandalay Bay. When I arrived at the Mandalay, I really wanted to go back to my junior suite at the MGM Signature! It had Sooo many amenities - fridge, microwave, stove top, flat screen TV etc and was roomy and elegant. Mandalay didn't even have a coffee pot and I had to throw out good restaurant left overs because of no fridge or microwave. Peter at Blue Chip was very responsive to my questions and I was even able to check in right away at the airport using the MGM kiosk. The pools were great - if you feel the MGM grand pools are a little crazy, the Signature pools provide a quiet get away. I will definitely be back!

The room we stayed in was awesome. The views were great, the checkin was simple, the room was very clean and ready to go. They even let me check in a little early. The best thing about the room 240° balcony view. We could see the mountains over all the buildings. The casino floor was a bit of a hike from the 3rd tower we were in, but it didnt bother us, we just poured a drink to to carry with us on the way :). The room was great! The beds were very comfortable, even the pull out couch bed was nice. The bathroom was huge, and everyone had space to get ready, which was needed, being that I had two high-maintenance women staying with me. Didnt use the kitchen much, but was nice to have a fridge, and a sink to wash out glasses. The wet bar was awesome too!!! I enjoyed the fact that housekeeping didnt come by to clean and make beds, although all we would of had to do was call Bluechipvegas if we wanted it. We had quite a bit of expensive items in the room and knowing houskeeping would not be there unless I called for it was an additional comfort for me. One thing I did not like was the hours that the service held. They were only available to 5 and closed on weekends, and weekends being the most expensive nights! Not sure if a 24 hour line was available, but I was not given a number if there is. For the price though, I cant really say that is a complaint. The one complaint I did have was the iron in the room. It was cracked, so water leaked all out of it, and the head was scuffed up, so I could not really use it. I was able to talk to hotel management, and they made an exception to lend me an iron. I guess it is policy not to allow hotel items into owner units. Only thing was they brought me a steamer, but that was the hotel not bluechipvegas. Shouldnt of had to deal with that though, so being as classy and great as the room was, I think a good iron is a given. All in all, I will book through BlueChipVegas again! Plus Drake stayed in the room right next to us!!!

We are so glad that you enjoyed the luxurious penthouse suite. There is something magical about being able to see the mountains and the strip from your balcony. There is a phone line that can always be called, and that is the reservations office that you call to book your suite. We apologize for that confusion, and next time, you'll be able to reach us right away.

I dont really like having to walk thru the casinos to get to my room and and self park and walk a long way to get to my room, or deal with a bunch of valet traffic, and the signature eliminated all that and made me feel as if I was going into my high rise high class home, and me and my partner came to agreement to stay at the signature everytime we visit vegas

Checked in to our top floor penthouse on March 10th 2011 for 3 nights(3 night min) . Actually rented two seperate rooms, one for my father and one for myself and spouse. Checked my Father in first then proceeded to our penthouse on the top floor. Upon arriving we found a half used box of condoms, (yup not a joke) filthy bedsheets, holes in the "fine Egypt linen, and burnt marks all over the private balcony from smokes being butted out! This was supposedly a no smoking room and that included the balcony. Completly grossed out I called a gentleman by the name of Pete(r) who's name and phone number were in the room in cases of questions/help. I spoke with Pete and he didn't sound too shocked to hear his property was in such shape (just my assumtion) but did try to calm me down and reasure me that he would have a cleaner over on the double. This was after I already spoke with his cleaning manager and was laughed at!! Not a Lie! Unbelivable. This property is not as advertived to the degree that the linnen has holes, room was disgusting/dirty and obviously was not smoke free. Our room was finally cleaned 4hrs after we had checked in and spent the rest of the trip wondering if there was anything else to concern us, especially that thought of the cleaning mangers friend(s) still having a valid room key card as she had a friend flopping there in between vistors stays. Not safe feeling. Not impressed. Ken N

Portland, ORThe Best & only Place to Stay in Vegas!
Left on 01/22/2012 for a stay in September 2011
After deciding to take a trip to Vegas with my senior parents, I immediately booked them a room at the Signature MGM after hearing such great things about the hotel. As I wasn't sure how many days I would be staying, I procrastinated on booking my own room and did extensive search of reviews, etc. I found that BlueChipVegas offered great rates and finally booked my own room at 3am before heading to the airport the day I was arriving. I was thrilled to find that my room was available for check-in at 10am when we arrived and my parents' room that was booked a month prior (booked through the hotel's website) would not be available until the afternoon. I don't expect this would always be the case, but I was greatly relieved & pleasantly surprised.
The room was terrific with great kitchen appliances & amenities, huge bathroom and super comfortable bed. After lots of walking in Vegas, the jetted bathtub was a luxury at the end of every long day. The penthouse balcony overlooked the strip and had an amazing view.
Yes, it's off the strip, but it's connected to the MGM through a covered (air conditioned) walkway. We found that it was a quicker walk to the strip by going through the Miracle Mile shops entrance on the side street (Harmon) at the entrance to the Signature. That was also beneficial on 100-plus degree days. From there, you can exit right onto the center of the strip.
Since BlueChipVegas handles owned units, housekeeping, etc. is handled directly with them. I called for extra towels one day and Tracey (not sure her title) was quick to respond and left me a personal note before I returned to the room. Nice touch.
Everything exceeded my expectations and from now on, I will always book through BlueChipVegas at Signature MGM. Can't wait for my next trips there!

The suite was very spacious with a balcony that you can actually go out on, lots of suites in Vegas dont permit you to used there balconies. Beautiful decor wit a nice big queen bed. The MGM casino was closer than I thought. The monorail was close and took use to up and down the strip, cheaper than a cab and no traffic. We book it thru BlueChipVegas which offer a grand deal. The view was spectacular for the New Years fireworks. There is no doubt I would book a room again thru BlueChipVegas to get a well price suite

I booked this room about a week before we left. We were going to stay with some friends, but at the last minute they cancelled on us. So I was a little panicked because we have children and we had promised them a vacation to Vegas for Christmas instead of Christmas presents. I was nervous that I wasn't going to be able to find anything in our budget at the last minute like that and feared we would have to cancel the trip. But...I did a search online and stumbled onto this little gem and BlueChipVegas. It really is one of the best kept secrets in Vegas. We stayed for 6 nights and one of the nights was on a Friday the day before New years eve and we only paid $560.00 for everything, fees and all. I couldn't believe it. Around $500 was my budget so I was thrilled when I found this. The rooms are very nice and we loved having the kitchenette. The bathroom was large and they even had some complimentary movies for us to watch in the room with a DVD player. We loved the valet service too. I've not stayed in Vegas much but my husband says that valet service is not standard and that's what he liked the most. The kids loved it too!!
Satisfied!

The room was great and it was everything we expected however when we checked in our room was not clean yet (it was pretty messy from the people that had the room before). Other than that I loved that it had a small kitchen with appliances and cookware. The bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi was a nice touch. It was a bit far from everything so we did a lot of walking. I liked that it connected to the MGM grand without having to go outside. I also traveled with my cousin who reserved a room as well and she wasn't to happy. We had a hard time getting through to Bluechip because they had given her a handicap room and she did not want it. That was also something I didn't like to much ; that we had to call another number rather than the hotel for our necessities.

We booked a last minutes girlfriend get-away at the MGM Signature through BlueChipVegas. There were 4 of and we were booked in a 2nd floor suite with a balcony. The room had a very comfortable King bed and Queen pull out. The bathroom was very large and although we only used the refrig in the galley it was very convenient. BlueChip offered a price that was much lower than directly with the MGM Signature and provided excellent service. We sent a text saying we need a blanket for the pull out couch and received it very quickly. The cafe in Tower 2 was very conveniently and had nice quality items, the pool was great and valet parking very efficient. Would definetly stay here again and would book through bluechip as the price and service were excellent.

Stayed here feb 5th-12th.We usually book through the hotel itself but decided to try Bluechip as it was a much better price. At first i was a bit aprehensive as i had just returned from a months holiday in thailand were i had rented a villa through a private owner and it wasnt good. However i need not have worried. There was no difference in the standard of booking through the hotel we had a jnr suite on the 38th floor tower one room 38609 and it had a fabulous balcony and view of the strip.Everything Peter at Bluechip said it would be.Great cleanliness and linens, everything in kitchen that we needed. Also something you dont get when staying with the hotel directly was use of the laundry room, the washing machines and dryers were free ,all you need was soap powder!! Thats a great plus as the hotels laundry service can become expensive.I would highly reccomend staying here. The facilities are great the staff are good and the suite was everything i wanted.I will never book through the hotel again,i will book through Peter.
Thank you Peter for a great place to stay in vegas. -

You get the convenience and location of staying on the strip, yet don't have to deal with the craziness and crowds at major hotels with parking, check-in, etc. There are a small number of rooms per floor, so you never have to walk a mile to get to your room from the elevator.
The location is great, we were closer to the pool than the other MGM hotel guests. There's a covered walkway from the hotel to the Signature towers, so no walking outside in the heat. I have been recommending the Signature to all my friends. -

I was very pleased with our Jr Suite at the Signature MGM Grand. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We spent our days relaxing by the pool which was fantastic. We had so much fun lounging in the sun and strolling through the river. Service was really great and everything we needed was close by. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. I can't wait to come back to Vegas and stay here again.

Greatly enjoyed my stay at the Mgm-signature. Reserving through BlueChipVegas was effortless. Room was mostly clean - carpet is ready for replacement. Housekeeping was excellent and timely. Proximity to MGM, MGM Pool Complex, and the Strip was perfect. I've reserved rooms at Mgm-signature many times now, and will continue to do so.

Well I will be returning just as soon as I can. I was in Vegas with 7 friends and we had 4 rooms in Tower 1 at the Signature MGM organised through bluechipvegas. Thier communication and help was fantastic and the rooms were perfect. A very good size, clean and comfortable. They managed to get us 4 rooms in the same tower (Tower 1 is closest to all the fun at the MGM). We were on different floors but the lifts are quick. I wouldnt stay anywhere else. The pool area is so much fun. The bars food and clubs are all good. And the rest of Vegas? Well I didnt see as much as I wanted to, but what I did see was incrediable. Cant wait until next time...

My husband and I reserved a Jr Suite (w/balcony) through BlueChipVegas for a last-minute getaway. The process was very smooth and e-mail correspondence prior to our arrival was very friendly and prompt. Each time I sent an e-mail with a question, I received a response almost immediately (which is unheard of these days!) so I already had a good feeling. When we arrived at the hotel, we were pleasantly suprised with how nice and new the property was - it appears almost brand new! The check-in process was quick and easy and the valet parking was free (a great bonus!). The room was very nice, as well as comfortable, and it had everything we could ask for - right down to the flat-screen TV in the bathroom! The location of the property is perfect, and is in close proximity to some of the other major hotels. It was really nice having access to all of the amenities of the MGM Grand while still having exclusive access to the Signature amenities. We liked the fact that the Signature isn't a gaming hotel so you don't have the typical noise, traffic, and commotion that goes on inside those other hotels. It was very quiet and peaceful, but still in the middle of it all. We would definitely recommend the Signature at MGM to others, and we think that we've found our place to stay for our future visits to Vegas. Reserve with BlueChipVegas, you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful place to stay, great views, excellent service and they included cleaning which most of the private rentals do not. I love this place and if the condo I rented is not available they upgrade me for free into something even nicer. I highly recommend this place for luxury, value and all the amenities, close to the strip and conventions.

this is a great property and an ideal place to stay in Las Vegas - close to the action but not in the middle of it. Blue Chip Vegas does an outstanding job - units are always spotless, they respond quickly and answer their phone at all hours. They even answered at 700 Pm on a Friday night for this stay!

I have used BlueChip Vegas a few times now and every time is better then the last. The rooms are amazing and the facility is out of this world. Maker sure to check out the pools. I enjoy being right in the middle of all the action without dealing with all the smoke. I would Recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Booked this room through Blue Chip Vegas, who also owns/maintains the room. The BC staff was great to work with, but you can book these rooms through the Signature itself or through other owners. On every date we checked, BC offered a lower rate on its rooms than booking through the Signature directly. We stayed in a Jr. Suite in Tower 3. We thought Tower 3 was our favorite location, even though it's the furthest from the MGM Grand.
The Good: If you're looking for a quieter, non-smoking, non-gaming atmosphere that's still close to the Strip, the Signature is ideal. It felt like a respite after being out on the crowded Strip and slogging through other crowded hotels. The lobbies in each tower are well-maintained, and every staff member we interacted with was professional and helpful. Even our Jr. Suite felt roomy.
The Bad: Our main issue was with the cleanliness of our room. The biggest things had been taken care of adequately: bathrooms, bedding, etc. However, in the bathroom the vent and sconce lighting fixtures were caked, and I mean caked, with dust. Also, some of the upholstered furniture, throw pillows, and carpets were stained. This, coupled with the dust, burnt out bulb in the desk lamp, and dying batteries in the TV remote made us skeptical of how well the room was maintained. You can wipe down the bathroom counters and change the sheets, but do they really clean this room between guests? We didn't consult housekeeping about these issues, because we didn't think it was realistic to ask someone to come in and deep clean the room during our stay.
Guessing the issue is with the group BC uses to maintain its rooms. Other owners may maintain their rooms better.
The pounding pop music in the lobby got irritating after a while, but since you won't be spending much time hanging out in the lobby, it is bearable. Also, the pool at Tower 3 is only open Friday-Sunday, at least during our stay in July. You can use other pools. -

My Girlfriend and I decided to make a getaway to Las Vegas for the weekend. After checking through the standard hotel booking sites it didn't look good since even the semi decent hotels (Luxor, Rio, etc.) were going for $190+. Went onto Vrbo and was contacted by BlueChipVegas who manages rooms at the Signature @ MGM Grand which is the high rise condos attached to MGM.
Got our room for $124 a night plus a $20 resort fee. Not a bad deal and the room was great. Big Suite on a high floor overlooking the Wet Republic pool. Huge Jacuzzi Tub...Plasma TV...Fridge for our goodies...was fantastic. It is a non smoking facility which was nice since you get so much smoke in the casinos. Got access to all of the MGM facilities...decided to hang at the Big Pool for most of the day and had no complaints (except food service at the pool is pretty tough since it's so crowded). There is a little bit of a walk from the condo to the casino...but it isn't that big of a deal. Will definitely be staying here again! -

We booked this suite for a extended weekend for our family with BlueChipVegas. Everything went absolutely smooth. I would rather stay at the Signature than in the main hotel. It's much better located to the pool and food court, as well as the monorail station.
