Jr. Suites on the Penthouse Levels!
We have two condos located on the penthouse levels at The Signature MGM Grand Hotel on the famed Las Vegas Strip. Rent one or both. Each condo sleeps four (4) and has commanding views of the Las Vegas Strip skyline. The views from the balconies are breathtaking.
The condos are located high up in Tower 1, which is the closest tower to the MGM Grand convention center, MGM Grand Garden Arena, casino and restaurants. Tower 1 also has the most amenities (cocktail lounge, fitness center, Starbucks, etc.) adjoining its lobby.

My wife and I stayed at this property for 9 days in March of 2010. We were in town for a convention at the MGM Grand and our accommodation couldn't have been better located. It was actually closer to the MGM Convention Centre than the rooms at the MGM Grand.
The view is to die for, and the suite itself is totally fantastic.
We highly recommend staying at this property. As long as you don't book it for when we want to stay next! :) -

My wife and I spent the weekend in Vegas for some R&R. We went with friends but they decided to stay in the typical MGM room attached directly to the casino. Needless to say they were blown away with how much more we got for around the same price.
We had a 1-BR Penthouse and it was way more than we expected. It was so large and well appointed I had a difficult time getting my wife out on the town. The large on-suite bathroom with double vanities and massive jetted-tub was amazing. The additional 2nd full bathroom off the living room was a complete surprise. Ultra high-end finishes and decor throughout. Even the dishware and cutlery in the kitchen were high-end.
The entry to the hotel is not quite as grand as the other hotels in the Vegas sense. Nice and modern, but not as awe-inspiring. But when we got to the room, the view took our breath away.
We booked with Greg who was a huge help. Very quick response to our questions. Overall, exceeded our high expectations. We've been to many of the top-notch hotels, but after staying here we cannot imagine staying anywhere else. -

WOW, WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO STAY WHEN IN VEGAS IF YOU LIKE A PENTHOUSE SUITE WITH EVERYTHING YOU COULD ASK FOR IN A HOTEL ROOM PLUS A FULL KITCHENETTE. ALSO, THE STRIP VIEWS WERE GREAT!!!
ONLY A 5 MINUTE MAX WALK WITH MOVING PEDWAYS TO THE MGM, THIS PENTHOUSE SUITE IN TOWER 1 WAS AWESOME, NICE AND QUIET, PRIVATE POOL, STARBUCKS DOWNSTAIRS, QUICK AND EASY CHECK IN AND OUT.
EVERYTHING WAS MORE THAN WE EXPECTED!!!!
LASTLY, GREG WAS GREAT TO DEAL WITH, EVERYTHING WAS EXACTLY AS PROMISED AND HE CATERED TO OUR NEEDS!!

MississippiWonderful junior suite overlooking the strip

We rented this penthouse junior suite from the owner through VRBO. All communications and transactions with Greg were handled promptly and professionally. He even assisted us with getting discounted tickets to some shows.
The suite is exactly as described on VRBO--very roomy, nicely furnished, with very comfortable bedding, and a great whirlpool tub in the bathroom.
The staff at the Grand Signature was great, and we felt quite pampered during our entire stay.
Having access to the amentities of the MGM Grand Casino/Hotel is nice, and the Signature has the added benefit of being smoke-free, quiet and secluded from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the property. Yet it is not inconveniently located; in fact, it is closer to the fantastic MGM pool complex than the MGM hotel rooms actually are.
There was nothing about this property that we would change; our vacation was great and we would gladly rent this property again. In fact, it would be great fun to come back with another couple and rent the adjoining suite as well. -

Penthouse was fabulous. Loved the huge tub at the end of the day. Very clean and roomy. Loved the view. Even though we did not use the pool at the MGM hotel our pool for tower 1 was really nice and not far to walk. When I checked in early it was nice to know ahead of time that it was ready for us. Only have one bad thing to say. The woman that checked us in was very rude while the other staff was always friendly and very helpful.

From the moment I contacted Greg, this has been a wonderful experience. I contacted several owners of various rentals when I was ready to book. Greg was prompt in his reply (to any question I ever had). Most didn't return my e-mails. Needless to say, I booked with Greg. Even after he had my money, if I had a question, he responded promptly!
I checked in at the airport while I waited for my luggage (MGM & Signature have airport check in - NICE!). The rental was exactly as described if not better! Loved Signature and LOVED the room!
I would definitely stay here again as long as it was one of Greg's units! Thanks! -

Can't say enough about the spectacular views from this Penthouse unit's balcony. The owner was extremely helpful and was a wealth of knowledge about Vegas. We got a fantastic deal on the price and saved so much more than if we had booked through the MGM. I'd highly recommend this unit and booking through this owner.

Our recent stay was all-around outstanding!! We have stayed at the top hotels in the past & have had good & bad experiences. But since our first stay at the Signatures a couple of years ago, we have never gone back to the hotels. The Signatures provide all the comfort & amenities of being at home with all the benefits & luxuries of the top hotels. Starting from it's own private entrance & complimentary valet service to full access to the rest of the MGM resort, you just cannot ask for anything more. The rooms are immaculate, spacious, & beautifully decorated. The balcony has a stunning view of the Vegas skyline & the service is excellent. We highly recommend this place & will continue to stay here in the future.
