We booked from australia for an apartment at the MGM Signature in September 2012 through Condo Hotel Marketplace. Donna arranged everything and booked us a 1 bedroom apartment on the third floor in the 3rd tower, which was far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk out and be in the action if you so desired.
There were four of us, which was perfect for the accommodation. The main bedroom had a king bed, hidden plasma TV in the work desk, large bathroom with separate shower plus spa bath and two vanities. The separate lounge had a queen Murphy pull out bed that was very comfortable with a plasma TV. There was a sliding door out to a balcony which had table and chairs with views looking out towards the Strip and swimming pool. The kitchen was great, had a large full size fridge/freezer and all appliances you needed for your stay as well as a dining table and 4 chairs.
You can access the strip through Harmon Street, which is so close to tower 3 or through MGM resort and casino. Both were convenient for us as we enjoyed the walk past tower 2 and 1 to shops, restaurants and casino. We had the use of all the facilities at MGM. Lazy River was so relaxing and fun with numerous other swimming pools to frolic in.
Donna also booked 2 Junior suites for our family at the same time, everyone was so impressed with the accommodation in Tower 3. We will return as we felt it was home away from home. We love Vegas with the numerous fantastic shows with lots to do and see that are world class and opulent. Stay for at least a week... we stayed for a month and used it as a base to fly to other places from Vegas as the price was reasonable.
Donna was very professional and addressed any issues immediately when we phoned Condo Hotel Marketplace.
Vegas is not just about gambling, let your imagination run wild and you will feel you are visiting a different country every day when you meander through the resorts. Have Fun...!

We stayed in the Signature MGM Grand recently-October 18 to 21. Our place was arranged through Condo Hotel Marketplace and the help of Donna B. She was very professional and provided options and unit details that allowed us to make our choices with confidence.
Everything we asked for was lined up as discussed many months before. We got a high floor pointed toward the strip in a very well appointed one bedroom unit and a s well a well managed facility. -

Very comfortable and accommodating facility. Nice & quiet retreat after visiting the crowds and hustle of the casino areas. Our unit was on the 7th floor so it was always a quick and easy elevator ride to and from the lobby. The staff was great. Highly recommended!!

This unit is really nice. Cute little kitchen, 2 bathrooms and separate bedroom, with comfortable bed. Wouldn't stay in a hotel room again. Location is very convenient to the strip and the monorail. Can't go wrong here.

Highly recommend The Signature if you're looking for a spa-like experience on your next trip to Vegas. The amenities and service was excellent. Staff was friendly. We enjoyed the fact that it is a non-smoking facility with no slot machines...just a great place to relax, swim, sit in the jacuzzi tub etc.

Just got back from a really amazing 4 night stay at the MGM Signature in this suite which is exactly as advertised and pictured.
The suite is on the 3rd floor of Tower 3 at the Signature and while the view isn't astonishing, it's located right above the pool and looks out over the Strip which is really pretty at night. There's a nice little table and chair set on the balcony which is both handy and welcomed at the end of a hot day by the pool.
The booking process was very easy and simple. Donna was wonderful to deal with and even emailed me updated local weather reports for LV during my stay.
I would highly recommend spending your LV vacation here. The apartment is well appointed with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, living room and bedroom. The master bath is especially fabulous and spacious with an amazing tub... plenty big enough for 2!!! The bed in the master bedroom is very comfy and even the pull out couch was decent!
The apartment was spotlessly clean with plenty of fresh towels and spare linens and being able to use all the MGM amenities was wonderful as their pools are some of the best in Vegas.
All in all I would highly recommend this listing to family and friends and intend on going back next spring when the pools reopen after the winter closures!

This was my first time staying at the Signature, I'd heard that they were really nice units and I was definitely impressed. Very nice lobby and check-in process, you feel like you're in Vegas but in an exclusive building at the same time. The 1bed/2bath suite is great for a couple and would definitely work for a small family, with the pull-out couch and kitchen space. Great master bathroom. People had warned me that it was far from the main MGM hotel/casino, but it was just a nice little walk in air-conditioned hallway, not far at all.
Donna Boschert at Condo Hotel Marketplace was really great about getting us the unit; emailed back to my inquiry very quickly, picked up the phone when I called and was very helpful in answering questions and getting us booked. And certainly less expensive than booking directly through Mgm's website.
Would definitely stay here again if it's available. Thanks again Donna, we had a great experience in the unit. -

We stayed at the MGM Signature Oct 26-31/11 for my husband's 50th birthday. We were most impressed with the size of the jacuzzi suite and the cleanliness of the hotel in general. We liked that the hotel was completely non-smoking and did not have the traffic and noise of a gaming hotel.
Each day (and night) we walked on the moving pedways through to the MGM Grand and shopped along the way.
The entire experience at the hotel was perfect and we would happily stay again! -

My experience with booking my Signature Suite's room through Donna at Condo Hotel Marketplace exceeded my expectations. I travel to Vegas yearly for a business conference and this was by far the best price I have ever paid for this type of suite/room. The listing and photos accurately described and showed the luxuriousness of the Suite, it was clean and well maintained with the exception of a minor inconvenience (safe needed to be reset) and overall it was a great value. I would highly recommend this property to a friend, business acquaintance or relative.

spacious, amazing view of mountains and airport, all the amenities needed to "live" out of it (kitchen supplies, etc), non-smoking is great, close to conference center. would love to stay here again. king size bed was amazing but living room wasn't the most comfortable sleeping situation on the pull-out couch (and also a light above the tv we couldn't figure out how to turn off..) so next time i will attempt to pay a larger portion than my suite mates to ensure i get the bedroom every night.

Recently made another trip to MGM Signature and again loved every minute of it! Thanks so much again to my booking agent Leslie Walk at Condo Hotel Marketplace for another great booking experience! I love those guys. If your reading this Leslie, you rock girl! I just love this place, hands down there is nothing in Vegas that compares to the MGM Signature in my opinion. As far as atmosphere, service and costs go, you will be hard pressed to beat it. It is such a nice oasis away from the hussle and bustle of the strip. I have been going to Vegas at least once a year for years now and sometimes I just want to chill. This is my place for that. The pools at the Signature are quieter and calmer than most I have seen and makes for a nice relaxing day. The poolside bar and grill has great service and good food. But if your looking for a little more action, you can walk over to the MGM Grand's pools. I love the short walk inside over to the MGM grand in the evenings for the bars and casino. I have gone whole vacations there and not once walked out onto the strip. There is a starbucks over at the MGM Grand that I like to walk to in the mornings. The Signature has a coffee pot in the room but I prefer the fancy coffee on vacation. Just one of my things. It makes for a nice morning walk, and I love to people watch at about 7am, about half of them are just ending their night! The rooms are always very clean and I do like that. I ventured out this trip a little and headed out for dinner at Kgb's Gourmet Burgers, which was awesome by the way. After that it was off to one of the bars at Harrah's, Carnival Court. This was my first trip to Carnival Court Bar and we had an absolute blast. Was with a large group and stayed out way to late, but had so much fun. Would recommend a night out there. All in all another fantastic trip to Vegas and another enjoyable stay at the Signature. See you next year Vegas!

We absolutely loved working with Condo Hotel Marketplace. After doing some searching on Vrbo, I was finding some great deals that sounded "too good to be true". Donna helped me weed out some sketchy reservations and gave me a great deal on a suite in the Signature. We come every year for the photography convention and this was by far our best experience getting into the MGM. The service at the front desk was poor, but Donna called and had it cleared in a matter of minutes. Not only that but she was "on call" for us on a weekend to help us with anything we needed. Seriously exceeded our expectations. Thank you Donna and Chmp, you guys rock!

Stayed here in May when I was in Vegas for a conference. I chose it because it had no casinos and it had an entrance off the strip. I have to say I enjoyed my stay. I stayed in a deluxe suite in Tower C and it was great. The furnishings were tasteful, the bed comfortable and the staff helpful and very knowledgeable about Vegas. It was quiet and peaceful at night. With the amount of human traffic in and out of there, and how close it was to the MGM Grand, I was surprised at how peaceful the place was. The only drawback was having to hand the car over to the valet in Tower a anytime I returned late at night. But this will not stop me staying here again.

The condo and view were absolutely perfect! It was exactly what you see on the Signature website, furnishings and all. There was an extremely large terrace with stunning views of the mountains (unit 38-714). I would (and have) recommended this condo to all of my friends and family. The condo was connected to MGM which was a few minute walk through a tunnel. The room service was always speedy. The lazy river at the MGM was tons of fun for my young daughter. We also enjoyed strolling around through the MGM shops. There is a monorail in the MGM that easily takes you to all the other hotels. This place is so convenient, you don't have to think or worry about a single thing. All around one of the best vacation stays we've ever had. We will definitely be returning!!!

We loved everything about this place, the pool, the starbucks and especially the room. We had 2 bathrooms and a kitchen so we could get away from the junk food. One of the best places we have ever stayed at. Great for young kids. Please dont even think of Circus Circus. We had a look and it was depressing.

The signature at MGM is the perfect place to stay if you are on a bachelor party weekend, a business trip, or even with your family. The amenities are top notch, the service is excellent, and the location is perfect. Slightly off the strip but easily accessible to everything. Has its own private pools but also has access to Mgm's pool. Starbucks is on site for the morning fix. Not as rowdy and congested as the strip and the biggest plus from the casino hotels is there is no smoking.

I stayed at the MGM Signature for New Year's 2011 and my birthday I had a wonderful time there.The people at the front desk was nice and respectful, it was easy to check in. My suite was modern and very clean like i wanted it to be. My balcony was huge i could walk out on it and check out the nice view. Its was in the perfect location i had access to the stripe, bars, clubs etc.. Im goin back in the summer and im staying at the same place.

We stayed at Signature Tower 3 in an ajoining junior suites with our three adults sons.
we all enjoyed our stay of 6 nights in Vegas and wouldnt hesiitate to stay again at Signature.
We have stayed in Casinos on earlier visit, but prefer Signature for the space and quality. Sometimes accomodiation can make your holiday.
Signature certainly made our stay enjoyable. The staff were excellent.

The say at Signature's suite that is under jet luxury resorts was very nice. The room is very comfortable, slightly dated but well maintained and very clean. The view and jacuzzi is lovely. Signature is very good place to stay at Vegas if u want to have fun but do not need to be right in the middle of craziness and drunk teenagers:-). Donna Boschert of Condo Hotel Marketplace is an amazing, patient and helpful agent. She offered us the best deal for the NYE.

Super chic, comfortable suite with a bathroom the size of most Vegas hotel rooms (plus another bathroom to boot)--perfect for four girls out for a Vegas weekend. We were able to enjoy cocktails and breakfast in the room/full kitchen, and had plenty of space for everyone to get ready and relax before heading to the Strip. Short walk through the hotel/MGM to get there--complete with moving sidewalks and a hallway bar on the weekends. Completely worth the short distance to the main hotels for the right room at the right price.

My husband and I stayed at The Signature (tower 2) at MGM for 4 days and 3 nights on our first trip to Vegas and couldn't have been happier. We took a cab from the airport to the hotel which was $20.00 one way and $13 the other. We arrived at the hotel an hour before the designated check in time and the front desk was wonderful to find us a beautiful room on the 37 floor that was available so we could check in early. We had a 1 bedroom suite. I loved the spacious bathroom and soft robes. The toiletries were of high quality and smelled good too! We had a very large balcony too. That would be my only complaint was that the balcony didn't have furniture. I wish it did so I could have sat outside and read in the morning. The room also had a full kitchen. The hotel itself also smelled wonderful! I also liked that it had two gyms and pools that we had access to. The gym was very nice and had good machines. My husband is very picky about gyms at hotels and he liked this one. They had headphones for the guest and chilled towels in the workout rooms too. Proximity may be a problem for some. It was about a 5 min. walk to MGM, but they have moving sidewalks and it is indoors so it really isn't that big of a deal. Also where you come out in MGM is very close to the Monorail system which we used a lot. But if you want to walk to the strip it about another 5-10 min walk through MGM. Finally I have seen others complain about the 20.00 a day resort fee and I have to say I didn't mind paying it for the value the signature gives guests that don't want to leave their rooms and step into a smokey casino. It was nice to experience Las Vegas, but be able to escape it all and relax when I got back to my room. We will be staying again.

We recently stayed (2/2/11-2/6/11) at the 1 Bedroom 950 sq ft MGM signature suite. I love the location which is close enough to the action of the strip to get to where you want to go to and far enough away from the 'madness' for some necessary peace & quiet. The non-smoking is perfect and a welcomed relief. Having a kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave allows one the option of picking up sundries and other items. We were fortunate enough in this unit to also have access to the laundry-room which is a nice convenience to have. You can catch a taxi from your tower, if it isn't necessary for you to go to MGM proper. This room had a view of the strip as well as two outdoor pools, and its' own private balcony. And gotta say loved the huge jetted tub. The room was booked w. Donna Boschert who was the epitome of professionalism. Yes, this is the good life!

My friend and I stayed in a 1 bedroom, 2 full bath condo for 4 nights
at the Signature and it was absolutely perfect! The condo was
beautifully decorated, clean and spacious with a breathtaking view.
The location couldn't be more perfect. It was a short indoor walk to
the MGM casino, but yet you could get away from the craziness of
Vegas also! Every employee we were in contact with was friendly,
efficient and knowledgeable. I want to give special kudos to Ryan, a
concierge, who efficiently arranged a tour of Hoover Dam and several
dinner reservations for us. If you've never seen the dam, I would
highly recommend touring it, what a marvel of engineering it is!
And, it also gets you out of the hustle and bustle of Vegas for an
afternoon! We had arranged before we left on our trip to have Vons
(a supermarket) deliver some food and wine to the condo the evening
of our arrival, thus allowing us to save money on eating out all the
time! I would highly recommend doing this, very simple to order on
the Vons website. The condo kitchen was well stocked with everything
you needed if you choose to stay in and cook! All in all, it was the
perfect spot to spend our 5 days in Las Vegas!!! To the good people at
Condo Hotel Marketplace, we'll be back!! Thank you.

I recently took 23 people to a tradeshow and was looking for the best place to stay at a reasonable rate. Thankfully I was assisted by Leslie from the very beginning. What could have been a logistical nightmare turned out to be a very pleasant experience as Leslie took care of everything including multiple last minute changes on my end. She was kind enough to assist me even while she was on vacation herself! The MGM signature is a terrific alternative in Vegas if you would like more room. The condos come with a nice living room and a kitchen. They are very nicely furnished. The condos have their own pool areas and you have access to everything at MGM although it is a bit of a walk (indoor walkway) to get to the casino. My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay at the Signature. I think most of us found a new favourite place to stay in Vegas! I know I surely did. The rooms were better than fabulous. When travelling with kids I really like to have a place that has at least a kitchenette. That way they can eat when they want and we don't have to get up early to go out and eat breakfast. Also, the free valet parking was a definite plus! The Signature is close to the strip, which was great. On a cooler time of year it would be a pleasant walk. :) All in all I will be back the next time I come to Vegas!!

The MGM Signature condos is our "home away from home" since our stays in Vegas are usually 7-10 days. This luxury condo is very spacious and has a kitchen that no hotel can provide. It has a great Fitness Room and we can easily walk to the MGM Casino and Restaurants for our entertainment and meals. I have been dealing with the Condo Hotel Marketplace for the past 3 years since they have given me the best rates for the MGM Signature.

Just perfect for a family with a teenager. We had a one bed suite with a separate lounge, flat screen tv, dvd player, second bathroom and double sofa bed. Our son loved the fact he had his own space and bathroom. The main bedroom was huge with a wonderfully comfortable bed, panoramic views of the canyons and airport. From our room it took 15 minutes stroll to the strip through the MGM Grand. Lovely and quiet at night. Reception were exceptional and as we were staying 9 nights let us use the laundry and dryers free of charge.

I booked the room through condohotelmarketplace which has now been bought over by Luxury Suites Intl. If you buy through these guys you save on an average 30-50 bucks a night for the same room and the same service. Why book with MGM then? It makes no sense. I have booked through them quite a few times. Donna, who helps in reservation, in very prompt in her response.
Signature is a fantastic non gaming apartment hotel. Rooms are very nice. I have stayed a studio suite a few times and it is very nice. If in Vegas stay here and book through these guys. You will save money and also have a great experience. -

We stayed in 2 BR with 3 baths (wow!!). There were four of us. There was enough room for 8 people. Amenities were great. Already looking to my next trip in two months to stay here again. We were on the 28th floor with a balcony and enjoyed the view. Loved the quietness of the area (Tower 3) but just a short walk to the MGM Grand and all the craziness and excitement there.

I just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful stay at the MGM Grand Signature! The place was amazing and everything I was looking for. The photos on your site were true and accurate. I even took some myself just so if people ask you can forward this information along with this. The hotel helped us with show tickets and the discount helped. We saw three shows why we were there. We also used the MGM pool and signature tower 2's pool. Pool 1 (our pool) was down for maintenance. My husband and I tried out the gym which was equipped with all new machines. The complementary water in the gym and our room was a nice touch. The valet service staff was very courteous and asked if we needed anything or directions each time before we left. The lobby was adorn with fresh flowers each day. The walk to the MGM wasn't far from tower 1 (where we stayed). I did enjoy the fact that unless you had a signature card key you weren't able to come to our hotel. This prevented stragglers from the MGM pool area from coming to our hotel that didn't belong. All in all I have to say it was a wonderful trip thanks to you (Donna), your staff and condo hotel market place! I also enjoyed the fact that you didn't have push through people to check-in or out, because there isn't a casino in the signature. If you like to gamble don't worry the MGM is just a few skywalks away! Donna was very knowledgeable and fast with responses. She assured us about her company when another group off the internet tried to scam us. Thanks again Donna for saving our anniversary! -

We had such a wonderful suite at the MGM Signature. By far, one of the best places we have stayed. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived to when we left. Such a nice place for an unbelievable price. We had an amazing suite on he 23rd floor with a spectacular view of the strip. The hotel was super friendly to kids (even gave them coupons for free ice cream in the deli). Donna was such a great resource before and during our stay!! We were more then impressed. We will for sure be back.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The suites can't be compared to any others in Vegas. You have all of the comforts of home with the extra luxuries you wish you had, along with Vegas as your playground outside. I recommend you book this hotel directly through the hotel as I did run into issues by booking it through an outside company. We refuse to stay anywhere else on our many trips to Vegas.

Booking a wedding party with dozens of friends and relatives is always a challenge. Insuring placement of all guests in just one tower and accomodating the many changes along the way does complicate matters. However, in the end all of the suites were ready for early check-in as requested! Always nice to hear someone else loves the Signature as much as we do.

My stay while in Vegas couldn't have been better...the strip view condo at The Signature MGM was luxurious and roomy enough for a "Girls Getaway" for 3 of us. We loved the magnificent marble bathrooms with ample closets to hold clothing and shoes for 3 fashionable ladies. We each had our own closet space since there were built-in closets in the living room area with a comfy sofa-bed as well as 2 closets in the beautiful bedroom. All furnishings were lovely and bedding was excellent quality. The kitchen was wonderful and loaded with every amenity...we took a cab to a local grocery store and stocked up on tasty snacks, chocolate, and champagne...there are many top-notch restaurants nearby at the MGM. We enjoyed having use of all facilities at the MGM while staying at a quieter, more refined place when we wanted to escape the crowds. The staff and security of the MGM Signature were excellent. I highly recommend this unit to anyone who likes the "Ritz" experiece at an affordable price. The view and balcony were great...I will definitely return to this unit with my husband.

I booked the MGM Signature through Jet Luxury Resorts. From the very beginning, from asking simple questions, through the reservation process, the Jet Luxury team was amazingly helpful.
We booked the 2 bedroom suite for a bachelorette party. It was very spacious, and very luxurious. The layout was perfect for our group and having the full kitchen was perfection. It also was nice to be away from the casino, but still have easy access to the MGM. Just a short walk and you are there, and the pool is great! I will highly recommend staying here to anyone heading to Las Vegas. -

I stayed here for a 3 night visit with 6 friends. We had 2 Jr suites and a 1 bedroom
unit in Tower 3. Our rooms were comfortable, spacious, clean and well supplied. The
staff at the Signature was friendly and professional. The common areas were
beautiful and I liked having a Starbucks in Tower 1. I didn't use the pools or gym, so I
can't comment on them. The walk to MGM, even from Tower 3, was not a big deal at
all. I would stay here again, no doubt. -

The Signature is a fabulous place to stay in Las Vegas. And definitely go through Condo Hotel Marketplace - that's where you get the best rates. The service is awesome: every e-mail I sent them was answered promptly by Donna (my contact for our stay). She was helpful, informative, and fun to work with. The Signature is connected through a walkway to the MGM, or a short walk to the strip. It was SO nice to have a quiet respite from the noisiness & lights of the strip. Easy to get anywhere from the Signature. The rooms were luxurious, especially considering the price. Nice, comfy beds. I had a great view. The room has a fridge, microwave, and stovetop - easy to get groceries & cook my own food, OR take back leftovers from a restaurant for later. Dishes provided in the unit. Plenty of room to stretch out & read on the couch in the sitting area. Large marble & tile bathroom - which I loved! Has both a shower AND a tub. Everything about the junior suite we were in was wonderful - I will never stay anywhere else again when I'm in Las Vegas. I could find only one thing I'd change in the unit I was in: not enough cookware/serving dishes. I set up co-workers at this location as well - none of them could believe what an awesome place we stayed in.

This place was amazing... I was there for my bachelor party and it was the Mayweather fight weekend and Kentucky Derby... The MGM pools was packed, WET republic was a private entrance from the signature... The rooms were plush, luxurious and more than we could have asked for .. even had balconies.... accommodations.
While this wasn't our first time staying at The Signature at MGM, our stay was
great and the facilities are ideal for our needs, roomy but capable of having a
few people in the same room without feeling claustrophobic.
Our group doesn't stray too far away from MGM, so this is a short walk to
where we spend the majority of our time.
I've already been in contact with Donna about our trip next year since this is an

We really enjoyed our stay at the Signature. The condo was beautiful and everything was in perfect order. The entire facility was gorgeous and staff was extremely helpful. Donna was great to work with and answered all questions promptly. She went out of her way to make our stay memorable.
We stayed in Tower 3 and it was a short walk to the MGM and the strip, the pools were wonderful, we had a great view from 25th floor, comfy beds, kitchen area was well supplied and they even provided coffee and coffee maker. No lines to wait to check in/out, it was nice and quiet-no need to worry about noisy neighbors. Price was reasonable for a one bedroom condo for four adults. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend! -

She suggested The Signature and after looking at several photos and reading many reviews, we decided to have her quote us a rate. Leslie saved us a fortune by booking directly with her and Condo Hotel Marketplace rather than booking with MGM directly. Our 1 bedroom unit was beautiful. Full Kitchen, 2 massive bathrooms, the most comfy bed ever and best of all was a balcony. We could see the entire strip and beyond! The pool was fantastic. I could go on and on however I would need hours. It was pure luxury. When I say it was perfect, I mean it and it was everything Leslie said it would be, a rare thing in today’s world of travel. THANK YOU LESLIE WALK for giving my wife and I the ultimate vacation. We have found our new home at The Signature when traveling to Las Vegas.

With 2 small kids we needed the extra space and the ability to cook up some quick meals. The towers are gorgeous, and the private pools are peaceful. It's a short walk from the casinos, which makes it nice when you've had enough of "Vegas". Finally, access to the MGM pool complex was great for the kids too. Will definitely go again!

not to have to rely on fast food and buffets. We
are fit and no problem walking hours each day,
however, the distances may not suit some people.
We went down side street to Miracle Mile Shops and
centre of strip, or through MGM. Husband liked
morning coffee and quiet read of paper at
Starbucks in Tower 1, teenager liked the gym and I
liked the decor, cleanliness, quiet location and
peace of mind provided by Jet Luxury's service
prior to arriving. -

I have never been to Las Vegas before, so I was very particular about the lodging arrangements for my first Vegas birthday trip. Several colleagues of mine also planned a trip at the same time, most of us were staying at different locations. Needless to say, by the second day of the trip, my room at the MGM Signature was the place to be. All my friends kept calling to see if they could come check out the room and look over the balcony. From the jacuzzi and tv in the bathroom,the balcony view overlooking the Vegas strip,to the complimentary valet service...the Signature is SOLID GOLD! Did i mention the tunnel that takes you thru the MGM Casino/mall?? It was definitely a great experience.

From the booking to the billing our family stay was not only everything we had
wanted but more. Our booking agent assisted us in so many ways that upon
arrival we had a smoothe check in for four different families in four different
suites all beyond our expextations and within the budget we had in mind. Each
suite was well appointed and fantastic, close to the Vegas Strip but far enough
away that you felt like you had your own private resort. Having Starbucks at
the bottom of the elevator made my wife's day and having a bar at each of the
four pools made mine. Our adult children and spouses could enjoy the late
night life close by and my wife and I enjoyed the view from our suite as well as
the ability to go on our early morning walks. Our family will visit this resort
again on our next visit to Vegas. -

...but one word would not do for the amazing service I receive/have
received from this company, especially from Donna!! After having many
difficulties with another, unnamed company, I started searching elsewhere
for rooms and Donna fortunately pulled through and had exactly what I
needed. She always returned calls within a day, if not an hour, and emails
are always replied to within minutes.
After running into one complication with a reservation, Donna and Jet
Luxury did their best to accommodate my group and me, and had
everything figured out by the end of that day. While I was sad not to have
exactly what I needed, they put us (a bachelorette party of 8 girls) into two
adjoining Jr. Suites, that I think worked out even BETTER than what we had
originally booked!!
The rooms at The Signature Suites are beautiful and so comfortable. You
can imagine what a room looks like with 4 girls, 96 pairs of shoes, 23
dresses, and make-up bags that would impress Mary Kay!! Yet, we had
enough space to easily move around and get ready for our big nights out on
the town. Having a balcony in Las Vegas is extremely rare too...especially
one with a view!! The kitchenette was perfect for making quick meals, so
we didn't have to spend money on pricey food.
That all being said - I will forever make my bookings through this company.
I'm sure they have other "Donna's" working for them, but we have a great
working relationship at this point, so I hope she is around forever!

What a wonderful place to spend our annual GIRLS WEEKEND! We just got back from our "girls weekend" in Vegas and it was wonderful.I wasn't surprised at all about how wonderful this place was though because I worked with two women from Condo Hotel Marketplace to book my reservation and they painted the perfect picture of this condo that when we walked in the unit I felt like I had been there before. The condos at The Signature are by far the best place to stay in Las Vegas. This place has it all. Our 1BR unit was just perfect for us girls with the full kitchen so that we could make small meals before we headed out for shopping. When we walked out on the balcony at night it was a great way to relax and watch the lights on the pool before we went out for our night on the town. We had two bathrooms that made getting all of us ready for the night really easy and I must say that the master bathroom was so big that it seems like a bedroom in itself. Thank you so much for making our weekend the best girls weekend yet! We will for sure come back to you for all of our furture travels.

My parents were married in Vegas 50 years ago and we wanted to take them back for their anniversary celebration! We started searching for accommodations and found Donna Boschert at “Condo Hotel Marketplace”. We needed four rooms and she came through for me! She worked hard to make sure we had the rooms that would fit our needs!
The Signature at MGM is a little bit off the strip but it was great to have kitchens in our rooms. The check-in went smoothly and the front desk staff was very helpful. The rooms at the Signature were very nice and had everything we needed. My Parents loved their view of the Vegas Strip and the deep Jacuzzi tub in the room!! Donna went the extra mile and had flowers and sparkling wine delivered to their room for their special day! We used the Monorail everyday on our visit. There is a station located right on your way from the Signature buildings going into the MGM Grand. This helped cut down on a lot of walking.
Donna was also very helpful with getting me all the information I needed to plan our daily activities! She made me feel comfortable that she would be there every step of the way to make this a great vacation for our family and she did! I would use her and “Condo Hotel Marketplace” to plan our next vacation! -

We stayed in a penthouse suite at Towers 2 and the experience could not have been better. The rooms are really small apartments and are luxuriosly furnished and meticulously maintained.
we were there for my daughters 21st. birthday, she brought friends so we had 2 suites. The Signature is adjacent to MGM Grand, but is aquiet oasis compared to the noise of the casino. The rooms are much better than those at the MGM. You are a couple of minutes away from the casino via an enclosed moving walkway. I had no concern about safety as the young people went in and out at all hours. We'll be back.
We particularly appreciated all the extra effort Donna, at the Condo Hotel marketplace, made on our behalf helping us with show tickets and club access for the young people. -

Another wonderful vacation spent in VEGAS at the MGM Signature! This is the 5th time I have stayed in the same unit at this property at the MGM Signature and everytime I fall more in love with the place. It is becoming my little home away from home. I just can't find a better place. I go to Vegas a couple times a year on average and have stayed in numerous places. That is until I found this place. I can't bring myself to stay anywhere else. There just isn't anything that can beat the MGM Signature. This is a corner unit in tower #3 overlooking the pool and strip and it is like a little apartment, complete with full kitchen. I love arriving in Vegas and going to the grocery store to stock the kitchen (and the bar, returning and having valet park my car and bring my things to my room and then just relaxing or hitting the strip. It has a kitchen, dining area with bar, living room with queen size sleeper sofa, seperate bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and an amazing view.. There are 2 full bathrooms in the unit with the master having a jacuzzi tub. There are so many things that set this place apart from the rest but I think my favorite aside from the kitchen is that it is not a casino so getting to and from your room does not require you to treck through a loud casino. Unless you want to of course, if that is the case MGM grand Casino is a short walk through an indoor walkway and you are in the casino. I usually like to get out and walk around the strip and visit different places, but I have stayed here before and never stepped foot outside other than to go to the pool. I have reviewed this property before, but I just can't say enough about this property or the owners of this unit. I rent this unit through condohotelmarketplacedotcom and they are so easy and friendly to work with and have always been available to me if I do have an issue or a question and have even called me just to see how my trip was going. I just got back and I can't wait to go again!!

This past October I celebrated my birthday in Las Vegas and had the privilege of staying at The Signature at MGM. Our room was everything we expected and more. From comfortable beds to a bathroom you could host a party in. Not to mention a balcony overlooking the strip to enjoy breakfast or late night cocktails on. The Signature is far enough away from the strip to offer adequate rest and relaxation but close enough to be just walking distance from all the action. I had a large party of friends join me in Vegas and the staff at the Signature was excellent at coordinating all of our rooms as well as the individual bills. Our trip began with a flawless check in by friendly staff and ended with a cab being called and our airline boarding passes being printed for us at the front desk. I would highly recommend a stay at The Signature. This condo is the ideal place for either the hard parting gambler or a couple looking for a relaxing weekend away.

Celebrated my oldest daughters 30th B-day with family and friends...nearly 15 total...Stayed at the Signature....a wonderful place. Much appreciation to Condo Hotel MarketPlace for assisting with the travel, lodging, and social arrangements for guests that travled from different areas of the country...they were terrific!
