Your personal Vegas Oasis home includes a private pool and spa and features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 2100 square feet of living space and an attached garage, and was recently remodeled and extensively upgraded.
There are 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 3 twin beds. We can also provide a queen size air bed. Sleeps up to 10.
The Vegas Oasis home is conveniently located at the end of a quiet cul de sac near the intersection of Charleston and Rainbow. Its about 10 minutes west of the Las Vegas strip, and about 10 minutes to a new upscale casino resort called Red Rock.

The house features were what were described, spacious, clean and well furnished. There were 6 of us. The direction given was good and had no problem finding the house. Though it has a pool, we did not use it because it was cool. It is a relatively short drive to downtown and the strip. We really enjoyed the house.

We were worried driving up to the house because the neighborhood was a little run down. I had checked the crime in the neighborhood online and it looked like a safe neighborhood. they say to never judge a book by it's cover and that is the case with this house.
The age range of our party was 19 months to 60 and there was plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Two separate living rooms make it a great house for those traveling with children. Thank you for having a stroller available as well as games for the kids to play.
The kitchen was stocked with every gadget you could need and awesome cookware if you choose to have family meals. If cooking isn't your thing, there are numerous places to go eat within 5 miles.
Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. We all would have had a great night sleep...if we hadn't been in the casinos all night.
The highlight had to be the pool. We spent at least 5 hours a day in the pool, day and night. With so much time spent outside, we were surprised at how quiet the neighborhood was. No noisy neighbors, no traffic, and only an occasional barking dog.

We agree with your comments about the neighborhood, unfortunately many areas of Las Vegas have suffered from the "economy and foreclosures" however the neighborhood is returning to its former "niceness" and it does appear that things seem to be on an up-swing!

This location served all of our needs, and then some. We are active duty military and have family in Vegas and this was the best possible of all imaginable scenarios. The house held the family we had come in from out of town and served as a great platform for BBQ/pool parties (never exceeding the max occupancy, as per owner guidance).
Needs were met immediately and the house had many comforts of home. I wish I visited it before hitting the grocery store; lots of guests have left things for the "next family," as did we.
Plenty of room for the kids to have their space as the adults did things that were "boring" like catch up with old family. It is the best family "reunion" we've had, and the house had alot to do with it.Response from Daniel & Aimee Dhondt - 03/27/2011

Apparently the website that I originally looked at was the "old" website, so I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived as the house was much better then what I had seen online. We had a few glitches when checking in, however once in it was very comfortable and convenient.

We loved staying here, it was comfortable with a lot of space. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub and there was plenty of room so we weren't tripping over each other. I loved that it was close to the strip yet far enough away and I felt safe.
