This house is located just about 5 miles from the Strip. West Vegas Estate offers the opportunity to be near the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas while maintaining the privacy everyone desires. This 2,400+ sf home consists of 4 bedrooms of affordable luxury, and is only moments from the Strip casinos. It is on a 1/2 acre lot and offers and incredible backyard with plenty of privacy.
There are 4 bedrooms in the house. The large and wide open backyard offers a sparkling pool & spa, waterfall, barbeque, large covered patio and a horseshoe pit. There is plenty of shade available and plenty of outdoor furnishings.

The photos don't do this property justice. This place is huge! Love the pool and the Booster option on the spa. The master bedroom has one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. I would definitely recommend this property to families or anyone trying to be in a secluded spot away from the strip. The optional casita was worth having and is great for relaxing with the large couch and to play pool. Loved every bit of this place!

Everything about the house was so relaxing. The Steamer in the shower was awesome and unexpected. The massaging chair was an added bonus and a pleasant surprise. The backyard was beautiful and the home was very clean. Thank you and I hope to stay there again.

When we arrived everything looked wonderful and was ready for a great week. The house is stocked nicely with all bedding and extra blankets and pillows if needed, kitchen utensils, spices etc. that might be needed also. We loved the pool and spa and outdoor space. Our whole group thought it was fantastic and we would go to this property again.

Rented to attend convention at Red Rock. Was skeptical about renting site unseen, but talked to Tony and felt at ease. House was very nice, clean, and perfect for a group of 6. Pool and pool area very nice, pool remote great. Area under deck, with fans and wonderful hammock, proved to be the favorite place to recover from a Vegas night. House has all accessories to enjoy (kitchen tools, grill tools, appliances, knives and so on). Grill even had extra tank of propane! We were several hours late in arriving, and Tony called us to be sure we were on track and didn't need any assistance! (Wow!). I would rent again. Some of the other houses looked even nicer, but the location of this house was perfect for our short drive to Red Rock Casino. Thanks!

Great pool, great kitchen, great location. Our guests ranged from 4-80 and everyone loved the house and wanted to go back. Tony was very professional to deal with. The master suite is amazing and is much larger than the other three bedrooms. We would definitely return and work with Tony again.

My business partner and I just got back from Las Vegas and stayed at this West Vegas home. Very confortable and close to the strip. I run a property management company in Park City, Utah so it was nice to stay in a property that keeps the same standards. Pool and spa were great and easy to use. Nice message chair which we enjoyed while watching the big screen. Tony was very easy to deal with and by far the most responsive of any owners/managers in Las Vegas. Its very rare that you get more than what you expecting when dealing with rentals especially destination rentals where physically viewing the property before you rent is unlikely. This place was much more than we had hoped for. Immaculately clean, fully furnished and stocked with everything we needed for a perfect little vegas weekend. In fact had i known it was going to be stocked like that, we wouldn't have had to bring a lot of things with us. Rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. All appliances were recent and worked great. Pool was clean and well maintained as was the rest of the awesome back yard (we started calling it the MTV cribs pool because it was that cool). Bbq worked well, the spa was great and the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom was awesome. Included as well but not listed (i think) in the listing is a nice foosball table, an extensive video collection, a jammin' massage chair (like the ones at the airport), 3 full fridges / freezers plenty of clean nice towels, even shampoo and soap in the showers. A quick 12-15 min drive into the strip (perfect for a taxi $23ish+tip), garage for your own car, and a nice quiet safe neighborhood. Coffee for the coffee maker and even milk in the fridge for the coffee! These people truly thought of everything and keep this place nice. We will definitely all be back again hopefully for a bit longer next time with families in tow to enjoy this place again in full. Definitely a 5 star rental
