South Strip Estate offers the opportunity to be near the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas while maintaining the privacy everyone desires. The single story 3,600+ sf home consists of 7 bedrooms of affordable luxury (includes the Casita), and is only moments from the Strip casinos. It is on a 1/2 acre lot and offers up Strip Views.

Our big family had such a great time at the South Strip Estate. Everyone - from our 6-month-old infant to our septuagenarian grandparents, loved the place. The location is perfect. Very near the Strip and literally just minutes away from the LV Premium Shopping Outlet South. The master's bedroom was spacious and luxurious. The kids loved swimming in the pool, especially at night. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We encountered a problem with air-conditioning, but Tony took care of it right away. We will definitely return.

I came to Las Vegas for my 25th birthday with 13 of my friends. As soon as we entered the house it was like a real world on mtv experience lol. Great house, so great i wish i could make an offer to buy!!! The pictures do not do justice to the place. The place is by far more fantastic than i thought. If there were more stars to give this place I would. The aC wasn't working i called tony 20 min later he came observed the problem got it fixed right away. Great guy, great stay. Love the place man, I will def. use this house again in the future.

The home was well laid out with enough room for our large group. The Casita added additional space away from the main home for the kids who really enjoyed playing billiards and ping pong. We all enjoyed the outdoor space with heated pool and hot tub. The home was in good condition and we had no issues with anything. The location was convenient to the strip and the airport which was good and bad. We made several trips to the airport as family arrived and departed throughout the week but there is a bit of noise from the air traffic. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. We really hated to leave as the home was nice and the weather was perfect.

Eight friends from around the country celebrated our 30th annual reunion at this magnificent, beautiful luxury home. It was spotlessly clean and modern, with all facilities including TVs in every room, DVD player, quick-heating spa at no extra charge, fast WiFi, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, space to eat, talk, play poker, watch TV, and just relax. All of Vegas' delights were nearby. Tony was instantly available if we had questions or needed help. We could not imagine a better location for our reunion, and at a bargain price.

The begining to the end of planning this trip was a wonderful experience. The house was great! It accommodated 12 people without a problem. The house had everything you needed from big spacious rooms, great views, and a excellent gathering space outside! The spa was the headline of our evenings. Transportation was great too. There was no problem getting taxi service if you needed it and anything you needed (food,gas,etc.) was just a couple of miles away. The Vegas Strip was only a 10 minute drive. Our party had use of the whole house and never had a problem with one thing. Not one person complained. I would say my experinece with this Vegas trip was a 10!!! I definitely will do all my future Vegas trip through 777rentals!!! Thanks

We stayed here for our daughters' wedding at Vdara Hotel, and it was a fantastic home. The location was great - close enough for a short $20 taxi ride to the strip, yet far enough away to relax with family both before and after the wedding. We rented a car though, which we needed for multiple trips to the airport, store, and pre-wedding activities.
The home was well equipped, and stocked with all the staples so we only had to buy our groceries.
We all loved the hot tub, it was a great place to relax.
It included free wi-fi, which was a very useful amenity. Some of our guests even downloaded books to their ipads for the 4 hour flight home.
We would highly recommend this home. -

Wow,
Just spent 8 days in the South Strip Estate with 6 of my fellow sales team! What a great house...plenty of room...and just a stone's throw away from the strip, airport, shopping, restuarants, and the la Convention Center! Loved having the HotTub to recouperate our worn out backs from 15 hours at the convention center...along with the grill to cook burgers while we relaxed. Awesome stay and dealing with Tony from 777Rentals.com was an absolute pleasure as he made sure all of our needs where met without issue! Tony...we will see you next year!!! -

I stayed in this house for my 30th Birthday celebration with 9 other friends and had an amazing time! The house was clean and very up to date. It was spacious and the back yard was beautiful! Having the grill available came in handy for cooking out!

My self, family and some friends stayed at South Strip Estate for 10 nights in august 2012, as we were in Vegas to get married.
Upon entering the property we were completely blown away, it was clean, tidy, very spacious and the pool/outside area was superb.
In particular the Master Bedroom/bathroom was amazing and so much larger than anticipated by the online photographs as was the casita/games room. The evening view of the strip from the outside pool area was spectacular.
Beds were super comfy and all appliances in good working order.
Tony was prompt in answering any queries we had and was a very friendly guy.
I would definatley recommed this property to groups visiting Vegas who dont want to be amongst the hustle and bustle of the Strip all the time.
A truly magnificant home, i would jump at the chance for a return visit. -

It is a fantastic house. A great location, close to almost everything you can ask for. Airport, shopping, restaurants and the strip are at your fingertips. Loved sitting outside by the pool watching the airplanes land and take off. Tony at 777Rentals was very helpful.

There is nothing else I could have wished for. We stayed 3 weeks for my 50th birthday with many friends visiting at different times. the venue was perfect. There is no fault I can find with it, and the master bedroom which was mine is incredible, i've stayed in apartments smaller.Tony was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.Not only do I recommend it to anybody, we are already planning a re union in Vegas, same house.

The pool and spa were amazing and the floor plan of this house was perfect for our group.
Upon discovering one non-functioning appliance, the owner was at the property in minutes and had it fixed right away.

The house was awesome! The place was stocked with everything necessary for the stay. Loved having the pool/spa, pool/ping pong table with everything needed to play, the BBQ, and the kitchen with all utensils and etc needed.
The only 2 things that I disliked were that it was difficult to find at night (one of our taxi drivers got lost). Also, the awesome house-wide speaker system did not have an aUX hole to plug in an ipod. However, those things did not make my stay any less enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to this location any time I have a large group of people going to Las Vegas. -

Tony was very quick to respond and work with me on finding the perfect house to fit our needs. The house was plenty big for our 15 guests and the beds were extremely comfertable. Each room was equipt with a flat screen televison and the Master Walk in Closet was like a whole other room. My favorite part about the house was fireplace adjoining the master bath, so you could lay in the tub and relax. Location was good, near airport and not too far from Mandalay Bay. If I had to pick a negative, it would be the carpets were a little worn, but overall a fantastic stay with a great owner. We look forward to staying with Tony again on our next Vegas trip.

The house was fantastic! It fit our needs perfectly. We had a large group coming up for our wedding which included a few children so we wanted to stay off the strip but still close to it so the adults could go have fun. It was gorgeous, the size was perfect so we weren't crowding each other, the beds were super comfortable, the location was great and Tony was very helpful in getting the place ready before I arrived. I had a small cocktail reception at the house after my wedding ceremony and it was perfectly set up for it. Plenty of seating and serving space.

A group of 12 friends and I traveled to Vegas for a coed bachelor party. We decided to stay here as opposed to a hotel so that we could have our own space. What a great decision!!! This place is beautiful! Very spacious and has a ton of modern touches. It's located very close to shopping and the strip. The neighborhood has a bit of construction, but that didn't stop us from having a great time! I'd definitely go back.

My business team has been renting homes in Las Vegas for the last six years as we attend numerous conventions in town. This is by far the best home so far. This large house as a big back yard and is a quick drive to the convention centers.
The kitchen is well stocked and large.
I didn't love the neighborhood, but will be renting this house again for future visits. -

I stayed here, along with 9 other guys, for a long weekend and the house was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for everyone and the pool area out back was especially nice. The house is very conveniently located and rides to the strip are reasonable if you don't have a car. The house had everything we needed. Tony was super nice and made check-in/out very easy. The house was also very clean and neat. We had and absolutely great experience, and couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks Tony, we are already look forward to coming back for another stay.
