Casa Del Sol is a favorite among our corporate housing customers, especially those coming to town for events at the Las Vegas Convention Center and Sands Expo, and especially the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, which is a quick 5 minute drive from this wonderful home.

Casa Del Sol now features a completely redone interior with all new furnishings. This home is barely 1 mile from Las Vegas Blvd, which puts most of Las Vegas popular attractions only moments away. World Series of Poker participants will love the easy access to the WSOP event site, approximately 10 minutes away.

The home is on a quiet culdesac and encompasses over a q...uarter acre of land. The inside of Casa Del Sol has a subtle, tropical air and the backyard is literally a private tropical oasis with a huge swimming pool and in-ground hot tub/jacuzzi.

At 3000 square feet, Casa Del Sol has enough room to spread out. It features 5 bedrooms (2 with TVs), a large master suite with a retreat/TV area and walk in closet, 3 full bathrooms, a large family room with Big Screen HDTV/cable, a game room with a pool table, and free Internet access. The light and colorful kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need for home cooked meals (except the food of course), and the beautifully decorated dining room and game room area is perfect for entertaining guests. There is one bedroom and 3/4 bath located downstairs.

The backyard at Casa del Sol has been completely renovated as well. Enjoy plenty of space as you lounge by the pool, try your hand at the putting green or have some quiet time in the secluded retreat area. Plenty of patio furniture and a gas BBQ grill make this backyard a pleasant place to hang out.

Casa Del Sol is also within walking distance of Grocery Shopping, Convenience Stores, Restaurants, Fast Food Dining, and Starbucks. Major points of interest within a 5 to 10 minute drive include the Las Vegas Factory Outlet Stores, The District, Public Golf courses, Green Valley Ranch, The South Point Casino, Las Vegas McCarran Airport, and Las Vegas Convention centers. This home also has excellent parking for boats and RVs and is within easy freeway access in any direction. World Series of Poker access is quick and easy from Casa Del Sol via highway 215/15, about a 10 minute drive.

  7 friends and I stayed at the Lahaina May3-6 to commemorate my 40th birthday. We were all blown away by this home. The furniture was new and clean, the set up was great, and there was plenty of space to enjoy our time. The pool was huge and heated, and we definitely enjoyed using the putting green when we had a few minutes.
  
  The residence is located about 10 minutes from the strip which is great. Our group has stayed in other residences that advertise being close to the strip, but in actuality you are 30 minutes from the strip. The house is also near pleanty of restaurants and stores for your convenience.
  
  The best part of using Las Vegas Retreats is the customer service you receive. Upon arrival I had a few questions that I needed answered and Lori responded immediately throughout the weekend. In addition, we were staying in Vegas during a "fight weekend", and the owner ordered the fight for us so we could enjoy the festivities in the comfort of our home.
  
  Over the past 5 years my group has rented a few homes in Vegas for our vacations, and by far Las Vegas Retreats has been our best experience. We are now undoubtedly satisfied customers, and I would highly recommend using this company!

  Casa del Sol + Las Vegas Retreats + record heat = superb Vegas v

  This was our first foray at renting a home for our family vacation of brothers, spouses, kids and grandkids from various parts of Canada. Needless to say, I spent countless hours reviewing house options before settling on Casa del Sol and Las Vegas Retreats. Both exceeded expectations. The private yard scored highest. We paid extra for pool and spa heating and it was worth every penny(now extinct in Canada). It helped that we timed our vacation with record breaking temperatures for March; it was difficult to leave that oasis. Next was the quality of the furnishings and bedding; all new, super comfortable and spotless. The house is professionally decorated with attention to detail. The games room was also a hit. Our vacation centered around cycling, and we were able to cycle to Red Rock Canyon to the west as well as to River Mountain Loop to the east directly from the house, with (mostly) cycle friendly roads to exit the city. This house is in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbours are very friendly. There are two Starbucks a two minute drive in either direction. Because of the comings and goings of our family members, we found ourselves going to the airport several times, which is only 5 minutes away. Linda, Bill, and Ethie were extremely professional to deal with. Doing business with Las Vegas Retreats was reassuring, as I knew we were dealing with a credible company from my first conversation with Linda and her team. My only critique (albeit small) is the staining on the carpet next to patio doors leading to back yard, and the overall condition of the BBQ. Overall however, I would highly recommend this home and the management company to any family group looking for the great escape.
