This is a one of a kind home that radiates warmth and cozy elegance. It has everything you’ll need for a relaxing vacation or a business trip. We hope the pictures will convey the true feel of this oasis in the desert.
It is located in a quiet and private cul-de-sac, only minutes from Las Vegas Blvd (the Strip). The airport is 5 minutes away; Mandalay Bay casino is less then 3 miles.
The Las Vegas Outlet Mall is a 10 minute walk.

Georgeta and attila offer a spectacular home in a quiet neighbourhood just a few minutes drive from the Strip. Tastefully decorated and with all the conveniences,their house offers the comforts expected of a fine home. The Eden-like back yard incluces pool, BBQ and jacuzzi.

This house could not have been more perfect for our group of seven childhood friends visiting Las Vegas to celebrate our 40th birthdays! Plenty of space for everyone, with a beautiful kitchen and even more spectacular outdoor living space complete with pool, hot tub and pond. We loved the quiet neighborhood away from the busy Strip, but close enough for a cab ride down to the restaurants and night life. This house felt like home!

As you look at the pictures of this property, I can only tell you that it is even better in person. This place is awesome! It is everything you see and more! I would recommend to everyone! We had 4 adults and 5 teenagers enjoying a great family vacation. The house was clean, well maintained and stocked with all the amenities. We enjoyed every morning having our cup of coffee on the patio and watching the humming birds. Georgeta, we can't thank you enough for sharing your home with us. You can certainly tell that you have put your heart and sole in decorating your home. It was a joy and pleasure to meet you. Great buys at the Outlet Mall which is in walking distance from the house. I would highly recommend kayaking at the Hoover Dam. Pay the extra and hire a guide (Scott made the trip memorable for us) or you will miss all the extras to see while kayaking.
