I was part of a bachelor party of four. This house was great. We loved being able to have our own rooms - and two full bathrooms upstairs made it easier to get dressed to go out. The rooms were nice; well decorated/furnished, felt like a home. Georgeta and attila were fantastic. Very pleasant via email, phone and when we finally met them in person. I felt bad that we arrived a little later than we had hoped (just about 8pm on a Friday night). I'm sure they had better things to be doing at that time, but Georgeta and attila greeted us warmly and took the time to show us around and answer any questions we had. They truly made us feel welcomed. The "Man Cave" down stairs was pretty awesome too! When there was a little down time, it was nice to have something to do at the house other than watch TV. The house was in the perfect location too! There was a pharmacy and grocery store just around the corner, along with a pretty good bagel shop. Just 10-15 minutes to the strip, or to Henderson (where we rented some atvs). And the price was right. For the same price as renting a single hotel room with one bathroom where half of the party would have to sleep on cots or the floor, we got a fully furnished house. Thank you Georgeta and attila!

Gerogetta was great to work with. The house was super clean and a great location. Close enough to visit all the sites and the strip but no crowds! Loved having a home to stay in. Very inviting. The game room was great. We are definitely looking forward to going back again. I will never stay in a hotel again! Thank you!

I want to thank Gigi and her staff for allowing us to check in early. The home is in a quiet neighborhood that is not far from the strip. It had all the amenities that we could want. Full kitchen with everything you need. Privacy and quiet. Contemporary style and a "Man Cave." They even had an xbox 360 for the gamers. This property is a must if you plan on visiting Vegas. Clean and comfortable with stores and restaurants nearby. Great place!!!

I read the other reviews of other places and partially based my decision to rent the Paris House on all the positive reviews. So I knew to expect a house in relatively good condition... however when I got that I was highly impressed!!! I wasn't impressed by the incredible 5-star hotel-like cleanliness, or the warm character of each room, or all the amenities. I expected all that from the profile. I was highly impressed by the fact that the owners had provided for your every possible need in the house. I read how other houses didnt even have more than 3 plates, or no silverware etc. The kitchen had every possible utensil you can think of...seriously. Any item a family would ever need is stocked in the kitchen - even down to filters/sugar for the coffee machine! The bathrooms were the same way - shampoo, soap, conditioner, plenty of towels, everything! There was never a misc item I needed to buy. Georgetta made sure to have the house clean and ready for me, even though I was 3 hours early! I spoke with attila for a little while and he is also very nice and worldly & intelligent. Just all around nice people! I could not find one reason I wouldn't rent this house again! ... except maybe the lack of a pool, but I definitely would not risk getting a lower quality experience for a similar price, just for a pool. Its just easier to go somewhere if you wanna get wet. The 60-degree winter was too cold for swimming anyway. The backyard is a great place for BBQ/breakfast/to hang out. The neighbors are very nice as well. Nice neighborhood. Grocery/convience stores are just around the corner! The strip and airport are as well, but you never hear a plane flyby! Perfect! Rent this place! You would think I was paid to write this review, but I really feel like I got a great deal, considering the reviews of the other houses/options.
