Fantastic 4 bedroom 3 bath home with great Strip view. Pool and Spa in backyard; patio table and chairs under lights and fan under covered patio. House in great shape and very clean;all linens provided including pool towels. Kitchen has everything you will need including wine cooler LG appliances..Laundry room and supplies. Full size pool table, fireplace, professional poker table. Large closets. Large master bedroom with 2 closets and french doors opening to balcony. Staying here was like a home a way from home. The house was beautiful inside and out. I absolutely loved that everything was so close. The Palms hotel and casino was literally a 5 min drive. If you're looking into a Las Vegas vacation I would definitely recommend you to book here. The pricing is very reasonable compared other places I looked into. I loved staying here and I'm sure who ever else stays will love it as well.

House was fantastic! Close to everything, strip, shopping, golfing. We stayed with another couple and were pleased with the size of the home and all the amenities. House was clean and stocked with all the amenities you needed. Owners were great. We would stay here again and highly recommend this place

When we were planning our 50th wedding anniversary we wanted a place where the family could all be together in a comfortable setting which meant to us that a hotel would not be where we wanted to be. This house fit our needs to a tee, close in with a sense of home away from home. Everything was perfect and want to thank the owners for offering an easy access place.

Absolutely wonderful experience staying here; amazing location, excellent amenities, beautiful view, pleasant and safe neighborhood, spotlessly clean, and so much more. My expectations were blown away from my time here, everything and more I needed for a wonderful Vegas vacation! I recommend this house to anyone thinking of getting a place near the strip, this place has it all and is definitely my favorite place to stay from now on!

Stayed in November and august.
Loved the house. It was well stocked and very clean. Appreciated the free Wifi and cable on the LCD TVS on every floor. The pool was well kept. This is definitely our favorite place to stay in Vegas. The added bonus was the great night views. -

I love the house it was in a convenient spot to get around Vegas and close to stores. The house was fully stocked I didn't need anything at all. I completely love the the house whenever I come to Vegas I have to stay there.
