Casa Romice B is a pleasant and spacious apartment in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps eight people. From Casa Romice B you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Valley and of the hills. Casa Romice B is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a reserved outdoor area, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Laterina . You will find a number of restaurants and a grocery store at 8 km (roughly 5 miles).
Casa Romice B is located on the ground floor of an ancient farmhouse.
To stay at Casa Romice B you will need a car. You wil...l be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space. Please note that access to Casa Romice B is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.
Casa Romice B is tended by two caretakers, who reside in an annex on the premises.
Casa Romice hosts seven apartments set in two spacious farmhouses. The first villa is larger and houses five apartments, while the other house, the cottage holds two. The cottage is divided into two separate apartments but can also be rented as one big cottage. All the apartments have independent entrances and a private loggia for their own use.
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Valley and of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Valdarno (Arno Valley). You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).
In the garden there will be a reserved area for your own exclusive use. The garden is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Valley.
The furnishings of the living room are comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a brickwork arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. There is a table to seat eight guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a brickwork arched opening. This room it is closed by a glass door and a curtain. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a garden through a French door.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through a brickwork arched opening. This room it is closed by a glass door and a curtain. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the countryside.
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the kitchen. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.
The first bathroom is made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
