Casa Romice C is a graceful apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. From Casa Romice C you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Valley. Casa Romice C is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a reserved outdoor area, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Laterina . You will find a number of restaurants and a grocery store at 8 km (roughly 5 miles).
Casa Romice C is located on the first floor of an ancient farmhouse. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 20 stairway steps.
To stay at Ca...sa Romice C you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space. Please note that access to Casa Romice C is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.
Casa Romice C is tended by two caretakers, who reside in an annex on the premises.
Casa Romice hosts seven apartments set in two spacious farmhouses. The first villa is larger and houses five apartments, while the other house, the cottage holds two. The cottage is divided into two separate apartments but can also be rented as one big cottage. All the apartments have independent entrances and a private loggia for their own use.
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Valley and of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Valdarno (Arno Valley). You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).
In the garden there will be a reserved area for your own exclusive use. The garden is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Valley.
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. The room has two windows with a view of the garden.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The kitchen has a small window.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the countryside.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
