Casa Romice D is a spacious two-story apartment surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps seven people. From Casa Romice D you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Valley and of the hills. Casa Romice D is 115 square meters (1240 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, a reserved outdoor area, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Laterina . You will find a number of restaurants and a grocery store at 8 km (roughly 5 miles). You will reach Casa Romice D from the patio going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 12 steps.
To stay... at Casa Romice D you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space. Please note that access to Casa Romice D is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.
Casa Romice D is tended by two caretakers, who reside in an annex on the premises.
Casa Romice hosts seven apartments set in two spacious farmhouses. The first villa is larger and houses five apartments, while the other house, the cottage holds two. The cottage is divided into two separate apartments but can also be rented as one big cottage. All the apartments have independent entrances and a private loggia for their own use.
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Valley and of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Valdarno (Arno Valley). You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).
The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the Valley and of the swimming pool.
In the garden there will be a reserved area for your own exclusive use. The garden is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. You will be able to reach it from the terrace going down 12 steps. In the garden you will find a portable barbecue.
The furnishings of the living room are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include four armchairs. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through two French doors.
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple room. The room has a window.
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
The third bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
